Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of pseudobulbar palsy acupuncture therapy after stroke.Methods:60patients were hospitalized in2013March to2013December second Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture rehabilitation and neural Department of internal medicine, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of30people. Based on routine treatment of stroke, treatment group was added with bilateral Fengchi, Yifeng, Wanggu acupoint; the control group were treated with Lian Quan, both sides clip Lian Quan (Lian Quan the same level by0.5inch). Acupuncture treatment of1times daily for1weeks,5times,10times as a course of1, a total of2courses of treatment. According to the wa Tian drinking water experiment, Toshima Ichiro swallowing evaluation standard after2courses of study. Efficacy observation experiment group, control group.Results:after the treatment, the2groups score than before treatment were obviously improved (P<0.01), proof of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture and conventional acupuncture on dysphagia have effect. The two groups before and after treatment score improvement was statistically significant (P<0.05), the two groups after treatment group symptom score was statistically significant (P<0.05), suggesting that symptom improvement of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture is superior to traditional acupuncture method.5cases of therapeutic group,11cases markedly effective, effective9cases, invalid5cases, the total efficiency of88.33%; control group1cases were cured,9cases markedly effective,13cases,7cases ineffective, the total efficiency of76.76%, the chi square test, suggesting that there was no significant difference (P>0.05)Conclusion:Acupuncture and conventional acupuncture on pseudobulbar paralysis after stroke has curative effect; XNKQ acupuncture method is better than traditional acupuncture on dysphagia symptoms.
