| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of poria cocos and peony dehumidification decoction in treating rheumatic skin type atopic dermatiti(AD).Methods: 75 patients who were treated at the dermatology clinic of the first hospital affiliated to Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 and met the selection criteria were randomly divided into two groups by random grouping,of which 36 cases were completed and 2 case falled off in the treatment group and 35 cases were completed and 2 case falled off in the control group.Treatment group orally took poria cocos and peony dehumidification decoction 150 ml,2 times a day after meals,control group orally took radix sophorae flavescentis capsule,6 capsules at a time,3 times a day after meals,both groups had external gentian licorice Wipe agent of 2times a day.4 weeks was a course of treatment,after the end of the course,the patient's skin loss index,subjective index,related complications and adverse reactions of the drug were recorded,and the curative effect of each group was evaluated and eventually statistically treated.Results: After 8 weeks of treatment,the treatment group(poria cocos and peony dehumidification decoction)SCORAD general comment was(21.74±10.31),control group(radix sophorae flavescentis capsule)SCORAD general comment was(32.78±13.06).The statistical software analysis results showed: p<0.05,there were obvious differences,indicating that the treatment group to improve the effect of skin lesions was significantly better than the control group.The total efficiency of patients was compared: 91.67% in the treatment group,68.57% in the control group.The data analysis of patients was compared: p<0.05,statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group(poria cocos and peony dehumidification decoction)had better clinical efficacy than the control group(radix sophorae flavescentis capsule).In addition,quality of life score: The treatment group was(6.56±3.18),thecontrol group was(9,34±3.86,p<0.05),the analysis concluded that the quality of life of patients after treatment was significantly improved.Conclusion:1.The curative effect of poria cocos and peony dehumidification decoction combined with gentian licorice wipe agent in treating rheumatic skin type atopic dermatiti is better than oral radix sophorae flavescentis capsule combined with gentian licorice wipe external treatment.2.Poria cocos and peony dehumidification decoction is a safe and effective method for clinical treatment of rheumatic skin type atopic dermatiti. |
