| Objective:Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 84 inpatients with hyperemesis gravidarumn due tostomach deficiency. To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with acupoint application in improving TCM syndromes, shortening the time of antiemetic, shortening the hospitalization time and improving the condition of urinary ketone turning negative. To study its mechanism of action and provide a strong basis for exploring effective methods of clinical treatment of hyperemesis gravidarumn due tostomach deficiency.Method:84 cases of gynecology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from March2016 to March 2019 were selected and divided into three groups according to the treatment plan:single rehydration therapy(group A),acupoint application combined with rehydration therapy(group B),acupuncture combined with acupoint application combined with rehydration therapy(group C).To analyze and summarize the comprehensive curative effect,TCM syndromes, antiemetic time, hospitalization time, and negative change of urinary ketone in three groups.Result:1.The cure rates of group A,group B and group C after treatment were as follows:39.3%,56.0%,77.4%;The total effective rates were as follows:96.4%,100%,100%.Group C and B were significantly better than Group A,with significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between group C and group B(P>0.05).2.In terms of improving TCM syndromes, group C and group B were significantly better than group A,with significant differences(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between group C and group B(P>0.05).3.In terms of shortening antiemetic time, group C was superior to group B and group A,with significant difference(P<0.01);group B was superior to group A,with significant difference(P<0.05).4.In terms of shortening hospitalization time, group C and group B were significantly better than group A,with significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between group C and group B(P>0.05).5.In urinary ketone negative, the negative conversion rates of group A,group B and group C were as follows:50%,72%,90.3%.Group C was better than group A,with significant difference(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between group B,group A and group C(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with acupoint application can significantly shorten the antiemetic time of patients with hyperemesis gravidarum due to stomach deficiency.2.Acupuncture combined with acupoint application can improve TCM syndromes of patients with hyperemesis gravidarum due to stomach deficiency.3.Acupuncture combined with acupoint application can shorten the hospitalization time of patients with hyperemesis gravidarumdueto stomach deficiency.4.Acupuncture combined with acupoint application can improve the condition of urinary ketone turning negative of patients with hyperemesis gravidarumdue to stomach deficiency. |
