Effects Of Acupoint Application Combined With Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction On Serum Gastrin And Motilin Levels Of Pregnant Patients With Hyperemesis Gravidarum Of Spleen And Stomach Weakness Syndrome Undergoing IVF

Purpose: Hyperemesis Gravidarum(HG)was studied In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer(IVF-ET).Serum Gastrin(GAS),Motilin(MTL)and other indexes of patients with HG were detected before and after treatment to study the Curative effect and mechanism of acupoint application combined with oral Chinese medicine on HG in IVF.Methods: Based on random number table method,divide the patients who underwent IVF pregnancy HG of spleen and stomach weakness into observation group and control group.The patients who belong to the observation group was treated with acupoint application combined with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction,and the patients who belong to the control group was treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction.The Modified Pregnancy-Unique Quantification of Emesis and Nausea(PUQE)score,TCM syndrome score,Anxiety score,urinary ketone body,serum potassium,serum sodium,serum GAS and MTL levels before and after treatment were investigated and compared in the two groups.Results: compare the rapeutic efficiency,observation group was obviously better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compare the the TCM syndrome score,PUQE score and Anxiety score of 2 groups result Before and after treatment,the result after treatment were lower,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and after treatment,the reduction degree of observation group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Compared with the result of before treatment,the urinary ketone bodies and serum potassium and sodium in the observation group and control group were better,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the improvement degree of urinary ketone bodies of the observation group and the the control group were different,The former was better,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in serum potassium and sodium between 2 groups after treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment,this two group had lower serum GAS and higher serum MTL than before treatment,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Compared between groups after treatment,the lower degree of serum GAS and the higher degree of serum MTL in the observation group were better,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: For the patients undergoing IVF with pregnancy of HG with spleen and stomach weakness,the combination of acupoint application and Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction can significantly improve clinical symptoms and anxiety,reduce serum GAS,increase serum MTL levels,improve urinary sterone body and electrolyte levels,and improve the quality of life of the patients.Purpose: Hyperemesis Gravidarum was studied In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer(IVF-ET)in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer.Serum Gastrin(GAS),Motilin(MTL)and other indexes of patients with HG were detected before and after treatment to study the clinical efficacy and mechanism of acupoint application combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine on pregnancy dysplasia in IVF.
