The Clinical Observation On Solderingmethod Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine To Treating Children’ Schronic Tonsillitis

Objective:Prospective collection of clinically common pediatric disease,slow-moth moth,for the children with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,evaluate the clinical efficacy of the combination of the treatment of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine.At the same time,compared with the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine alone,the synergistic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of children with chronic milk moth is discussed.Methods:From March 2018,the children who were admitted to the otolaryngology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for one year were collected continuously.The basic condition was slow-moth moth.After TCM syndrome differentiation,a total of 84 patients were enrolled.For the patients,all patients were divided into treatment and control groups according to the criteria of the randomized controlled study.The treatment group used the treatment method and took the addition and subtraction of the sputum sputum sputum granules,twice a week,the Chinese medicine granules one daily,morning and evening,preferably after the meal with warm water delivery;the control group is here On the basis of subtraction of the rule of cure,only oral Chinese medicine,the same method as before,two weeks of treatment for a course of treatment,observe two courses of treatment.The total scores and main symptoms and signs were measured before treatment,two weeks after treatment,and four weeks after treatment,and the short-term effects of the two groups were observed.Results:After four weeks of treatment,the treatment group was clinically effective in 20 cases,and the effective cases were 22 cases.There were no invalid cases and all were effective.The effective number of the control group was ten,and the effective number was 22.The remaining 10 children still had no significant effect after treatment.The total effective rate after statistics was only 760-%.After Ridit test of the two groups of cases,it was found that the clinical benefit of oral Chinese herbal decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine external treatment was clear,and the efficiency was greatly improved compared with traditional Chinese medicine decoction.Significantly statistically significant.Conclusions:1.The combination of the treatment and the addition and subtraction of the sputum sputum sputum sputum for the pediatric slow milk moth is clinically effective,and the advantage is more prominent in the phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.2.The combination of decoction and decoction can be more effective than the addition and subtraction of the anti-drug agent.3.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was positively correlated with the treatment time.
