| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Tonsil-pecking method combined with adding or subtracting dissolved medicines to epiglottis Zhuyu on phlegm and blood stasis type chronic tonsillitis.Methods:From March 2015 to March 2016,64 patients with syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis in the Department of ENT of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine were selected as observation objects,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups of 32 patients respectively.The treatment group was treated with tonsil-pecking method combined with adding or subtracting dissolved medicines to epiglottis Zhuyu,Tonsil-pecking method one times three days,a daily granule,use warm boiling water after breakfast and dinner respectively;the control group was given adding or subtracting dissolved medicines to epiglottis Zhuyu,taking the same method in treatment group.Before treatment,seventh days of treatment,treatment for fourteenth days,record the score and to observe the short-term efficacy respectively.Results:After 14 days of treatment,In treatment group,8 cases were cured,effective 13 cases,effective 9 cases,ineffective 2 cases,effective rate reached 93.75%.In control group,2 cases were cured,markedly effective 14 cases,effective 8 cases,ineffective 8 cases,the effective rate was 75%.The two groups were compared by Ridit,p<0.05,Statistics show that the two groups have significant differences.The cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance.Conclusions:The Tonsil-pecking method combined with the adding or subtracting dissolved medicines to epiglottis Zhuyu in the treatment on phlegm and blood stasis type of chronic tonsillitis has effect,the effect was more significant than that of the traditional Chinese medicine alone. |
