Clinical Observation Of Shenqi Huxin Decoction In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type) After PCI For Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Huxin Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)after PCI in patients with coronary heart disease and its impact on patients' quality of life.Method:The selected 40 patients with stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)after PCI were treated with self-control.On the basis of routine Western medicine treatment,Shenqi Huxin Decoction was used for 4weeks.Observe the efficacy of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,and recurrent angina after PCI: observe ECG changes,number and duration of angina attacks,nitroglycerin arrest rate,quality of life score,Seattle angina scale,The difference is statistical analysis using SPSS24.0.Results:1.Total score of TCM syndrome: The total score of the patient after treatment is reduced.After statistical test,the total effective rate is 82.50%.Before treatment and after treatment,the treatment was better than before treatment;there was statistical significance(p<0.01).2.ECG changes,number and duration of angina pectoris,nitroglycerin arrest rate: The total effective rate of ECG changes before and after treatment was 75.00%,the number of pain episodes and duration were better than before treatment,and statistically significant.(p<0.01);nitroglycerin arrest rate was80%.3.Quality of life score: The total score of patients before and after treatment increased,and there were significant differences in physiological function,physiological function,body pain,overall health,social function,mental health,vitality,etc.,which were statistically significant(p<0.01).4.Seattle angina scale: The score of the Seattle angina pectoris scale after treatment for angina pectoris is better than that before treatment,beforethe treatment,the degree of physical activity limitation,angina pectoris,angina pectoris,treatment satisfaction,and disease awareness.There was improvement,statistical software analysis,comparison before and after treatment,statistically significant(p <0.01).Conclusion:1.Shenqi Huxin Decoction is effective in treating coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)after PCI,and can improve the symptoms of angina pectoris.2.Shenqi Huxin Decoction can improve the quality of life of patients with stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)after PCI.
