Clinical Study On The Effect And Mechanism Of Er:YAG Laser In The Treatment Of Acne Scar

ObjectResearch the effect of treatment of Er:YAG laser on the acne scar,and research the effect of treatment timing of 2940nm erbium laser on the scar tissue of rabbit ears.Methods1.Clinical observation:A total of 43 cases of acne scar were treated with Er:YAG laser,2?5 times,1 months at a time.After the end of the course of treatment combined with photo to determine the efficacy.2.Animal experimental observation:Establish rabbit ear scar models.the rabbit ear wound into control group(A),the laser treatment group 1(group B)and laser treatment group 2(group C),Group A is untreated,group B with 2940nm laser treatment,same as group C but delayed 2 weeks.And recording the wound healing time and scar growth.Each group separately collected specimens weeks apart,And making hematoxylin and eosin staining,Masson staining,Van Geison staining to record the changes in the skin scar tissues.Results1.Clinical observation:After treatment,the total effective rate was 86%,and the total effective rate after 2 times,3 times,4 times and 5times are72.7%,87.5%,90%,92%.2.Animal experimental observation:(1)Er:YAG laser treatment is useful on scar.(2)After Er:YAG laser treatment,group B and group C compared to reduce scar fades faster,group A had no significant change.Biopsy showed:Group B neatly inside more rapidly than the group C scar tissue collagen fiber arrangement,vascular thinning earlier,group B and group C collagen area ratio statistically significant.Conclusion1.Clinical observation:Er:YAG laser in the treatment of acne scar is safe and effective.2.Animal experimental observation:(1)Er:YAG laser treatment is useful on scar.(2)The early use of fractional laser therapy is an effective treatment in scar formation,to have a better therapeutic effect.
