Studies On Chemical Constituents Of Xin-qianhu (Peucedanum Praeruptorum Dunn)

Xin-Qianhu is the abbreviation of Xinzhou Qianhu,a genuine regional drug in Jiangxi Province.It is mainly produced in Shangrao.The plant origin of Xin-Qianhu is Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn,which belongs to Peucedanum genus.Its medicinal part is dry root.It is mostly used for bronchial diseases in clinic,and is one of the main medicines for clinical respiratory diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.Modern studies have shown that Xin-Qianhu mainly contains coumarins,flavonoids,fatty acids,aromatic acids,volatile oils and other components,especially coumarins,which are the main active ingredients in Xin-Qianhu.There are many reports on coumarins in Pseudostellaria chinensis,but there are few reports on coumarin glycosides.Therefore,this research group mainly studied coumarin glycosides in Pseudostellaria chinensis,in order to find new coumarin glycosides and provide theoretical basis for further development of Pseudostellaria chinensis.A total of twenty-two compounds were isolated and purified by using gel,ODS chromatography and modern chromatography.By modern spectroscopy techniques such as NMR and MS,a total of twenty-one compounds were identified,which were nine linear furan coumarins:praeroside ?(1),praeroside ?(2),rutarin(3),isorutarin(4),rutaretin(5),marmesinin(6),nodakenetin(7),rutaretin-4'-O-(6-trans-feruloyl-?-Dglucopyranoside)(8),apiumoside(9);seven angularpyrancoumarins:(+)-ciskhellactone(10),qianhucoumarin I(11),(3'S,4'S)-3'-acetoxy-4'-angeloyloxy-3',4'-dihydroseselin(12),trans-3',4'-diacetylkhellactone(13),(+)-samidin(14),praeroside?(15),praeroside?(16),praeroside?(17);three simple coumarins :scopoletin(18),umbelliferone(19),praeroside ?(20);one aromatic lipid compound :dibutyl phthalate(21).Compound 1 was a new compound,compounds 8,9,10,12,13 and 21 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
