| Objective: This study compared the efficacy of oral rivaroxaban and rivaroxaban combined with percutaneous electroacupuncture in the prevention of thrombosis to evaluate the effectiveness of percutaneous electroacupuncture in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis in lower limbs. Methods: In this study,60 patients with femoral neck fractures who underwent total hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group.Oral rivaroxaban plus electroacupuncture treatment was the treatment group, and oral rivaroxaban was the control group. The d-2 polymer value, color doppler ultrasound and postoperative lower limb pain of the two groups were observed before surgery,1 day,3 days,7 days and 14 days after surgery. All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS22.0 to evaluate the difference in efficacy between the two groups.Results:1.There were a total of 60 cases in this study.During the test,no cases were lost in the two groups, and a total of 60 subjects completed the test. The results of baseline data, operation preparation time, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, preoperative d-2 polymer value, and the occurrence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis were all P > 0.05,indicating that the data obtained by the two groups were comparable.2.The results of d-2 polymer detection in the two groups showed that the d-2 polymer values of the two groups were increased on the first day after the operation, and gradually decreased on the third, seventh and 14 th days after the operation(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups on day 1 and day 3 after the operation(P > 0.05),while there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups on day 7 and 14 after the operation(P < 0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of percutaneous electroacupuncture was not obvious within 3 days after the operation, and gradually produced the effect.3.DVT was found in 0 patients in the treatment group and 1 patient in the control group with a incidence of 3% in the color doppler examination of lower extremity arteries and veins 14 days after the surgery, but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).4.In the comparison of postoperative lower extremity pain in the two groups,9 patients in the control group showed intraoperative lower extremity pain, while only 2 patients in the treatment group showed intraoperative lower extremity pain. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that electroacupuncture also played a good role in the prevention and treatment of postoperative lower limb pain, which is one of the main manifestations of deep venous thrombosis in lower limbs. Conclusion: Combined with oral rivaroxaban tablets to prevent thrombosis and percutaneous electroacupuncture to improve the level of d-2 polymer in patients,it is more effective to reduce the incidence of DVT after total hip replacement. In addition, percutaneous electroacupuncture is safe and convenient to use, which is suitable for clinical application. |
