Study On The Regularity Of Medication Of Fan Ruihong In The Treatment Of Heart Disease Angina Pectoris Based On Data Mining

1 Research purposeThrough collecting the clinical data of Director Fan in treating patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,the medication rules and characteristics were analyzed retrospectively,and the clinical medication experience of Director Fan in treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris was summarized.2 MethodsFrom October 2017 to October 2019,hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in the Department of Cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine were screened for cases through strict inclusion and exclusion criteria,and basic information and prescriptions were recorded.Using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5 edition)and Excel,a prescription database is established to count the frequency of drug use,the four gases,five flavors and meridian tropism of drugs.association rules are used to analyze common drug combinations and the confidence between drugs.core drug combinations are analyzed based on improved mutual information method and complex system entropy clustering,and then unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering is used for new party mining.3 Results3.1 Statistics on frequency of single drug: 205 traditional Chinese medicines are involved,with a total use frequency of 8234 times.A total of 81 drugs were used more than or equal to 20 times,and the cumulative usage rate was 92.05% for commonly used drugs for treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.3.2 Statistics of high-frequency drugs: The first 20 drugs in sequence are: Bulbus Allii Macrostemi,Fructus Trichosanthis,Medulla Tetrapanacis,Saviae Miltiorrhizae Radix,Carthami Flos,Lumbricus,Semen Persicae,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,Coicis Semen,Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Poria,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Bombyx Batryticatus,Semen Platycladi,Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata,Radix Angelicae Dahuricae,Cortex et Radix Polygalae,Herba Asari,Rhizoma Gastrodiae,and Fructus Piperis Longi,with a cumulative frequency of 51.65%.3.3 Statistics of commonly used drugs: there are 17 types of commonly used drugs,the top 10 drugs are respectively drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis(13.13%),drugs for calming liver and calming wind(12.19%),drugs for tranquilizing mind(12.17%),drugs for tonifying deficiency(11.23%),drugs for promoting diuresis and eliminating dampness(11.02%),antipyretic drugs(8.62%),qi regulating drugs(8.13%),drugs for relieving exterior syndrome(7.76%),drugs for resolving phlegm(7.43%),drugs for warming interior(2.02%).3.4 Statistics of commonly used medicinal properties,tastes and meridians: the traditional Chinese medicines are mainly warm(29.09%),mild(27.67%)and slightly cold(16.93%);The main flavor of drugs is sweet(33.45%),pungent(25.25%),bitter(22.87%).The meridian tropism of drugs is arranged according to the usage frequency,and from high to low,the sequence is lung,stomach,liver,heart,spleen,large intestine,kidney,gallbladder,bladder,pericardium,small intestine and triple energizer.3.5 Analysis results of association rules: Set the number of support degree to 150(support degree is 36.32%),and obtain 120 drug patterns,including traditional Chinese medicines: Fructus Trichosanthis,Bulbus Allii Macrostemi,Medulla Tetrapanacis,Saviae Miltiorrhizae Radix,Semen Persicae,Carthami Flos,Lumbricus,Bombyx Batryticatus,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,Coicis Semen,Poria,and Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,which are the core drugs for instructors to treat the disease.Through "rule analysis" of 120 drug use pattern data,22 association combinations with confidence of 1 were obtained.3.6 Based on the results of system entropy cluster analysis,18 drug core combinations were obtained,and 9 new formulas were further synthesized:(1)Cortex Fraxini,Radix Angelicae Dahuricae,Herba Asari,and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae;(2)Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Atractylodis,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Coicis Semen,Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae,and Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata;(3)Semen Sojae Preparatum,Fructus Gardeniae,Cortex Moutan,Radix Scrophulariae,and Rhizoma Draconis;(4)forsythia,honeysuckle,dandelion,viola yedoensis;(5)Radix Ophiopogonis,medulla Tetrapanacis,Radix Pseudostellariae,Radix Codonopsis,Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis,Herba Dendrobii,and Radix Glehniae;(6)Amomum villosum,Raphani semen,magnolia officinalis and endothelium corneum gigeriae galli;(7)All landowners purple Shi Ying,mother of pearl,dragon teeth,magnet,keel;(8)Semen Lepidii,Semen Ginkgo,Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii,Cortex Mori,and Fructus Polygoni Orientalis;(9)Inula,Ramulus Uncariae cum Uncis,Haematitum,Rhizoma Ligustici,Radix Puerariae,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Saviae Miltiorrhizae Radix,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Semen Persicae,and Carthami Flos.4 Conclusions4.1 Snakegourd fruit,allium macrostemon,medulla tetrapanacis,salvia miltiorrhiza,peach kernel,safflower,earthworm,stiff silkworm,red paeony root,Ligusticum wallichii,coix seed,poria cocos and spina date seed are the core drugs for treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,which embody the principle of treating phlegm and blood stasis together.Asarum,Angelica dahurica and Piper longum in high-frequency drugs show the importance of "warming and dredging" in treating the disease.4.2 The commonly used drugs for the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease by instructors are five types: drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,drugs for calming the liver and calming the wind,drugs for tranquilizing the mind,drugs for tonifying deficiency,drugs for promoting diuresis and eliminating dampness.The use frequency of these five types of drugs is not different,and they are used in combination.4.3 Fan Shi to treat coronary heart disease angina pectoris commonly used medicine to warm,flat the most use;medicine taste to sweet,Xin,bitter taste;Gui Jing to lung,stomach,liver,heart meridian more use.4.4 The entropy clustering analysis of complex system results in 18 core combinations of drugs and 9 new prescriptions,which can be reasonably selected according to different syndromes or syndromes.
