Therapeutic Effect Of Shenqi Guben Broken-Wall Decoction And Traditional Decoction Combined With Chemotherapy On Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To explore the incidence of sydrome of Qi-deficiency and safety in patients with stage ? B and ? non-small cell lung cancer treated by Shenqi Guben Broken-wall Decoction and Traditional Decoction through clinical observation.Method 119 patients,with stage ? B and ? non-small cell lung cancer receiving platinum-containing two-drug regimen chemotherapy,were devided into three groups:Broken-wall Decoction group(n=38),Traditional Decoction group(n=39),Chemotherapy group(n=42).Patients in Broken-wall Decoction group received Chemotherapy and Shenqi Guben Decoction Broken-wall Pieces.Patients in Traditional Decoction group received Chemotherapy and Shenqi Guben Traditional Decoction.Patients in Chemotherapy group only received Chemotherapy.Compared the incidence of Syndrome of Qi-deficiency,Objective Response Rate,Disease Control Rate,Progression-Free-Survival and adverse reactions in three groups.Results The incidence rate of Syndrome of Qi-deficiency before chemotherapy were56.76%,52.78%,47.62% in Broken-wall Decoction group,Traditional Decoction group and Chemotherapy group,respectively.After 2 cycles of chemotherapy,they were 62.16%,55.56%,83.33%.After 4 cycles of chemotherapy,they were 56.67%,53.57%,86.21%.After chemotherapy,difference is significant between Broken-wall Decoction group and Chemotherapy group,so it is between Traditional Decoction group and Chemotherapy group(p<0.05).The objective response rate(ORR)in three groups are 35.14%,38.89%,35.71%(p>0.05).The disease control rate are 83.78%,80.56%,66.67%(p>0.05).The median PFS was 7.4,7.2 and 6.10 months,respectively.The difference is significant between Broken-wall Decoction group and Chemotherapy group,so it is between Traditional Decoction group and Chemotherapy group(p<0.05).But it's not between Broken-wall Decoction group and Traditional Decoction group(p>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of grade ?-? adverse reactions among the three groups.However,the incidence of grade ?-? bone marrow depression in the broken-wall Decoction group andTraditional Decoction group was less than that in Chemotherapy group(p<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Guben Broken-wall Decoction and Traditional Decoction combined Chemotherapy with platinum-containing dual-drug regimen can improve the short-term efficacy,prolong PFS,reduce the incidence of Syndrome of Qideficiency and bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy,and improve the quality of life and curative effect of patients with stage ? B and ? NSCLC.
