| Background: Heart rescue soup is a prescription for the treatment of heart failure founded by like,a famous old Chinese medicine doctor,based on years of clinical experience.After more than half a century of clinical verification,buge buxin decoction has a better effect of returning to the Yang and saving the inverse when the Yang and Yin exhaustion of heart failure patients.After years of practice by many doctors,it has been proved that the decoction is effective in the treatment of heart failure.Objective:this study will be to add and subtract abnormality save heart soup for coronary heart disease caused by patients with chronic heart failure(Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)clinical curative effect and the patients' TCM syndrome integral,LVSED,LVDED,LVEF level,serum NT-pro BNP level and quality of life score,evaluation of short-term clinical curative effect,and further clarify abnormality is to save the mechanism of action of the heart soup.Methods: this study would be consistent with chronic heart failure(Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)into the study,patients with 60 standard were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 patients in each group,treatment group was treated with add and subtract abnormality is save heart soup combined western medicine therapy,under the guidance of the control group with guide in westernmedicine treatment,two groups according to the condition changes to adjust the western medicine in treatment of drug use.The experiment lasted for 3 months.Through data collection and statistical comparison,TCM syndrome scores,LVSED,LVDED,LVEF,serum nt-pro BNP levels,quality of life scores and overall efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared.Results: 1.Cardiac color doppler ultrasound results: after treatment,the LVEF value of the treatment group increased more significantly than that of the control group.There was no significant change in LVEDs and LVEDd values between the treatment group and the observation group after medication,P>0.05,and there was no statistical significance in the intra-group and intergroup comparison,P>0.05 after statistical comparison.2.Nt-pro BNP results: the values of nt-pro BNP in both the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly after administration(P<0.01),which was statistically significant.Compared with the two groups,the value of nt-pro BNP in the treatment group decreased more significantly after the addition of weiweixungzuixin decoction compared with the control group after the treatment with western medicine alone,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Minnesota quality assessment scale: the treatment group after treatment of Minnesota points before the treatment decreased(P <0.05),there is statistical significance,the control group after medication life quality evaluation scale scores of Minnesota also decreased(P < 0.05),but the treatment group after treatmentintegral value is more obvious in the observation group,compared between the two way,after statistics contrast(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.4.Improvement of NYHA cardiac function: after grouping treatment of NYHA cardiac function in the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.6% greater than that of the control group(71.4%).5.6 minute walking experiment: after treatment,the result of6-minute walking experiment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.6%,with statistical significance(P<0.01).Compared with P>0.05 before and after treatment,there was no statistical difference in the control group,but the total effective rate was 78.5%.The total effective rate was96.4% in the treatment group and 82.1% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.6.TCM score: before treatment,the comparison between the two groups was p>0.05,which was comparable;After treatment,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 82%greater than that of control group(25%).Conclusion: 1.Adding or subtracting xunge decoction in combination with conventional western medicine can improve TCM symptoms,cardiac function,6-minute walking experiment data,Minnesota experiment,ejection fraction,etc.,and it is better than conventional western medicine.The improvement of LVSED and LVDED was not obvious.2.After 6 months of follow-up,the curative effect was stable in the treatment of chronic heart failure(Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)with the addition or subtraction of xunge decoction combined with western medicine. |
