Objective: Through the observation of Chronic aplastic anemia(Chronic aplastic anemia,CAA,hereinafter referred to as)of Chronic aplastic anemia patients take born based on kidney blood into legal system of the filling pulp raw blood particles before and after two courses of treatment of TCM syndrome integral,the change of peripheral blood like,to repair pulp raw blood particles discuss the clinical efficacy of the treatment of Chronic aplastic anemia,and peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with before and after treatment of integrin in the beta 2 subgroup CD11 a adhesion molecule expression levels were observed,and compared with normal people,born the kidney blood drug intervention effect of CD11 a adhesion molecules,So as to find a new modern biological basis for the pathogenesis of chronic aplastic anemia and provide a modern scientific theoretical basis for the development of effective drugs for the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia.Methods: 1.Thirty-four patients who met the diagnostic criteria for chronic aplastic anemia were included in the treatment group.The patients were treated with oral replenishing marrow and blood granules for 6 months.2.10 normal people were included in the normal group and peripheral blood of the normal group was collected;3.FCM method was used to determine the changes of CD11 a expression level of peripheral blood mononuclear cell adhesion molecule before and after treatment in the treatment group and to analyze and compare it with the normal group.Results: 1.After two treatment courses(6 months),the clinical effective rate of patients with chronic aplastic anemia was 79.41%,and the syndrome score of TCM in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).2.The peripheral blood images of patients in the treatment group increased after treatment compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.The expression level of peripheral blood mononuclear cell adhesion molecule CD11 a in the treatment group increasedafter treatment compared with that before treatment,but the expression level was still low compared with that in the normal group.Conclusion: 1.It proves that busui shengxue granule has an obvious therapeutic effect on chronic aplastic anemia,which can not only significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the TCM syndrome score,but also improve the peripheral blood image.2.The expression of CD11 a adhesion molecule in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with chronic aplastic anemia was lower than that of ordinary people,and increased after treatment with pith replenishing blood granule.3.Buye shengxue granule regulates the pathogenesis of bone marrow hematopoietic microenvironment injury in patients with chronic aplastic anemia by regulating the expression level of CD11 a,the cell adhesion molecule,and enhances the hematopoietic capacity of bone marrow,so as to ultimately achieve the therapeutic purpose of chronic aplastic anemia. |
