The recovery of postoperative wounds in anal fistula patients is related to the overall therapeutic effect.Promoting wound healing is a key component of postoperative anal fistula treatment. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between chlorophyll derivatives and wound healing process after anal fistula, and the effect of type I and type III collagen on wounds in order to explore the effect of chlorophyll derivatives on wound healing after anal fistula.Part of its mechanism of action provides experimental evidence and practical support for the application of chlorophyll derivatives in the replacement of common anorectal diseases. It develops good prospects for the promotion of chlorophyll derivatives in traditional Chinese medicine, and attempts to provide economically affordable drugs to accelerate the recovery of patients. To alleviate the suffering of patients.Sixty patients with low anal anal fistula(damp heat bet type)who met the inclusion criteria in Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent anal fistula resection after fistula anesthesia.According to the randomized controlled study method,60 patients were divided into two groups according to the order of operation: chlorophyll derivative experimental group and Beifuji control group. There were no significant differences in gender, age, duration of disease and initial wound area between the two groups(P>0.05,the two groups were comparable. The routine basic treatment was performed on all postoperative patients and the dressing was started on the first day after surgery. The chlorophyll derivative experimental group was given the chlorophyll derivative gauze dressing change, and the Beifuji control group was given the Beifuji gauze dressing.Change the dressing twice in the morning and evening and pay attention to the recovery of the wound. After the patient was discharged from the hospital,he was returned to the hospital for daily change, and the patient's final wound healing time was recorded. The wound granulation tissue was clamped on the 3rd,7th,14 th and 21 st day after the dressing change, and the expression of type I and type III collagen mRNA was detected by qRT-PCR detection system.Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the wound healing time between the experimental group and the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Through basic experimental research,it was found that the expression of type I collagen in the experimental group increased with the control group from the 3rd day after dressing change, and it was higher than the control group on the 7th day,and continued to be lower than the control group on the 14 th day.At the 3rd day,the expression of type III collagen in the experimental group showed an upward trend and continued to be higher than that of the control group. It was lower than the control group on the 14 th day,and it was consistent with the control group on the 21 st day.The expressions of type I and type III collagen mRNA at the 3rd,7th,14 th and 21 st day after treatment were compared between the experimental group and the control group. The expression of COLI in the 3rd day after dressing was changed by statistical analysis. There was no significant difference(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the expression of COLI between the two groups(P<0.05),and the experimental group was higher than the control group. The COLI of the 14 th and 21 st groups after the dressing change There was a significant difference in the expression level(P<0.05),and the experimental group was lower than the control group. There was a significant difference in the expression of COLIII between the 3rd and 7th day after treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was higher than the control group. There was a significant difference in the expression of COLIII between the two groups(P<0.05),and the experimental group was lower than the control group. There was no significant difference in the expression of COLIII between the two groups(P>0.05).The research data prove that chlorophyll derivatives can effectively improve the expression of type I and type III collagen in the early stage of wound healing after anal fistula, thus promoting wound healing, and avoiding over expression of type I and type III collagen and reducing scar in the later stage. The formation of the wound to improve the quality of wound healing.
