Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Zhujing Decoction In The Treatment Of Non-proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Type

Objectives To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Zhujing Decoction on 60 cases of NPDR with Yin deficiency of liver and kidney.To explore the therapeutic effect of jiawei zhujing recipe on non-proliferative diabetic retinopathyMethods A total of sixty sick person with NPDR of liver and kidney yin deficiency were enrolled in the ophthalmology clinic,endocrinology clinic and hospitalization of Baoding First Hospital of Traditional C hinese Medicine.The patients were split into treatment group(30case)and control group(n=30)by random number table method,both groups were given hypoglycemic therapy and basic treatment for other diseases,the treatment group took Jiawei Zhujing Fang 200 ml/dose,100 ml/time,2 times/day.After two months,the variations of TCM clinical situation,hemorrhage and exudation of fundus microangioma,vision condition,blood sugar,blood lipid,renal and liver function in the two groups and the treatment group were explored.Results 1)Comparison of visual acuity: After treatment,the mean standard deviation of the treatment group was 0.597±0.165,and the mean standard deviation of the control group was 0.490±0.173.Statistical analysis showed that P=0.018 after treatment in the two groups.The total effective rate was 70% in the treatment group and 40% in the control group after treatment,and P=0.021 by rank-sum test.2)Comparisons of fundus efficacy: The total effective rate was 83.4% in the treatment group and 63.3% in the control group after treatment,and P=0.020 by rank-sum test.3)Comparison of TCM Syndrome Integral and Therapeutic Effect: After treatment,the median and quartile of the treatment group were 9 7/11,and the median and quartile of the control group were 20 16/22,P=0.000 after statistical analysis.The total effective rate was 93.4% in the treatment group and 33.3% in the control group after treatment,and P=0.000 by rank-sum test.4)Comparisons of blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin(1)Fasting plasma glucose: After treatment,the mean plus or minus standard deviation of the treatment group was 5.523±0.423,while the mean plus or minus standard deviation of the control group was 5.507±0.332.Statistical analysis showed that P=0.170 after treatment in the two groups.(2)Blood glucose two hours after meals: The mean plus or minus standard deviation of the treatment group was 8.75±0.50 after treatment,and the mean plus or minus standard deviation of the control group was 8.54±0.37 after treatment.Statistical analysis showed that P=0.058 after treatment in the two groups.(3)Hemoglobin a1c:The mean plus or minus standard deviation of the treatment group was 6.76±0.56 after treatment,and the mean plus or minus standard deviation of the control group was 6.83±0.54 after treatment.Statistical analysis showed that P=0.607 after treatment in the two groups.5)Comparisons of liver and kidney functions: The comparison of liver and kidney functions before and after treatment in the treatment group were all P > 0.05.Conclusions Jiawei Zhujing Decoction can safely and effectively improve the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine,improve the degree of fundus diseases,and prevent and treat the progress of NPDR.Figure0;Table16;Reference 83...
