Objective:To summarize the incidence of retinopathy of premature infants in the neonatal intensive care unit of Linyi People's Hospital, and analyze the risk factors of ROP.Research objects and methods:1.Select 353 preterm infants born in the neonatal intensive care unit?NICU?from2017-06-01 to 2018-05-31 within a gestational age of 32 weeks or a birth weight of 2000g were involved in our study.Fundus screening was performed by indirect ophthalmoscopy or wide-area retinal imaging system?RetCam-??,Clinical datas of children including birth gestational age, birth weight, gender, multiple births,?In Vitro Fertilization?IVF,mechanical ventilation, acute respiratory distress syndrome, intracranial hemorrhage, neonatal hypoglycemia,Apgar1 min score, anemia, sepsis, blood transfusion, neonatal pneumonia, neonatal encephalopathy, rate of neonatal 1 to 6 weeks weight gain, mode of delivery, maternal age, maternal gestational diabetes, mother gestational hypertension and maternal prenatal dexamethasone were collected.According to the results, the incidence of ROP was calculated, and the subjects were divided into ROP group and non-ROP group in order to analyze the risk factors of ROP.2.Statistical processing:Statistical analyses were performed SPSS22.0 statistical software.Quantitative data subject to a normal distribution are represented by?`x±s?,and quantitative data of a skewed distribution were represented by quartile spacing.Quantitative data were compared using t test, and qualitative data were compared using?2test.For the statistical analysis of risk factors, univariate analysis was performed first, and Logistic regression analysis was used to screen the risk factors of ROP based on single factor analysis.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.94 children with ROP were detected. From all the 353 premature infants the incidence rate was 26.63%.2.Results of univariate analysis of risk factors for ROP:birth gestational age?t=-6.683,p<0.05?,birth weight?t=-4.713,p<0.05?,mode of delivery??2=4.402,p<0.05?,multiple fetuses??2=4.162,p<0.05?,mechanical ventilation??2=8.734,p<0.05?,acute respiratory distress syndrome??2=10.741,p<0.05?,intracranial hemorrhage??2=8.419,p<0.05?,neonatal hypoglycemia??2=5.797,p<0.05?,Apgar1 min score 7??2=8.009,p<0.05?,neonatal 1st week weight gain?t=-2.661,p<0.05?,neonatal the 2-week weight gain rate?t=-2.076,p<0.05?,the differences between the ROP group and the non-ROP group were statistically significant, and the above factors were closely related to the occurrence of ROP.And gender, anemia, sepsis, blood transfusion, neonatal pneumonia, maternal gestational diabetes, maternal pregnancy hypertension, neonatal encephalopathy, maternal prenatal dexamethasone, maternal age, neonatal 36 weeks weight gain have no correlation in the occurrence of ROP.According to the different gestational ages, the patients were divided into 4 groups, birth gestational age<28 weeks,2830 weeks,30+132 weeks, and birth gestational age>32 weeks,by x2test,the differences were statistically significant??2=32.156,p<0.05?.According to the birth weight, the patients were divided into 4 groups, birth weight?1000g,10001499g,15001999g,?2000g,the difference between the four groups were statistically significant??2=22.07,p<0.05?.3.Logistic regression analysis based on single factor analysis, birth gestational age?OR:0.634,95%CI:0.5390.745?,IVF?OR:7.919,95%CI:1.85433.831?is independent of ROP incidence Risk factors.Conclusions:1.The incidence of retinopathy of prematurity in our study was 26.63%.2.The incidence of ROP between different birth gestational age groups and different birth body recombination was statistically significant?P<0.05?,which mean the smaller the gestational age,the lower the birth weight leader to higher incidence of ROP.3.Birth gestational age, birth weight, delivery, multiple births, mechanical ventilation, acute respiratory distress syndrome, intracranial hemorrhage, neonatal hypoglycemia,Apgar1 min score?7,neonatal 1st week weight gain, newborn the weight gain rate in the second week were closely related to the occurrence of ROP,and the birth gestational age and IVF were independent risk factors for ROP.
