Clinical Experimental Study On The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis With Mongolian Medicine Sand Therapy

Objective:This paper puts forward that Mongolian medicine sand therapy can reduce the symptoms of joint pain and swelling in patients with rheumatoid arthritis,which may be based on the hypothesis of pain relief,dry yellow water and observe the clinical research method of Mongolian medicine treatment for rheumatoid arthritis,observing the number of TJC and SJC of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in Mongolian medicine sand Therapy,In the blood index RF,CCP-II,ESR,CRP,scoring index PGA,EGA,VAS,HAQ and other influences,from an objective point of view to explore the clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine sand Therapy in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.To compare the effects of Mongolian medicine and Western medicine on rheumatoid arthritis,to provide patients with rheumatoid arthritis with a clinically effective,easy to operate,no side effects and high safety of natural therapies at the same time for a deeper study to establish the basis.Method:Forty patients with rheumatoid arthritis who met the diagnostic criteria and included criteria were selected from the outpatient and inpatient departments of Mongolian Medical College Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University.They were randomly divided into Mongolian Medical Sand Therapy Group and Futalin Ointment Control Group with 20 cases in each group.Methotrexate(MTX)10 mg per week was taken as the basic treatment in the two groups.Treatment group: After changing special clothes for sand therapy in a temperate environment,the patients entered the sand pool and covered it with sand about 15-20 cm thick.The heat of the sand pool was about 42 degrees Celsius.One treatment lasted 30 minutes,once every 2 days,4 weeks and 1 course of treatment.Control group: The patients were treated with DDE,once every 2 days,for 4 weeks and 1 course of treatment.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The number of TJC,SJC,RF,CCP-II,ESR,CRP,PGA,EGA,VAS and HAQ were compared before and after treatment.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results:1.There were significant differences in the values of TJC,SJC,ESR,CRP,PGA,EGA,VAS,HAQ and so on before and after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in RF,CCP-II and other values before and after treatment in the treatment group(P>0.05).2.There were significant differences in the values of TJC,SJC,ESR,CRP,PGA,EGA,VAS,HAQ and so on before and after treatment in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in RF,CCP-II and other values before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).3.The improvement rate of DAS28 in the treatment group was 98%,the DAS28 improvement rate in the control group was 50%,and there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).4.The efficiency of the treatment group was 90%,the efficiency of the control group was 95%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Sand therapy of Mongolian medicine for rheumatoid arthritis can relieve joint pain and swelling,relieve disease activity and improve quality of life by drying yellow water,relieving pain and adjusting yuan.2.Sand therapy of Mongolian medicine is better than western medicine in relieving arthralgia and improving disease activity,and has the same therapeutic effect as western medicine in reducing joint swelling and improving quality of life.
