Velvet antler is a kind of precious Chinese traditional medicine,which has the functions of aphrodisiac,boost essence blood,strong muscles and bones and etc.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that antler has the effect of anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance.The content of total amino acids in antler is the highest,which is more than 50%,and its species and content of amino acids are different from other organisms.It is a kind of natural compound amino acids.So amino acids can be seen as an important material basis for the efficacy of antler.Ginseng also has a variety of pharmacological effects.When antler is compatible with ginseng,the efficacy is obviously enhanced.But its research and application are limited because of the scarcity and high cost of velvet antler.The production of amino acids in artificial is widespread and cheap.Therefore,the compound amino acids was used instead of velvet antler compatibility with ginseng,to research its function of anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance.The compound of Chinese traditional medicine has the effect of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency.Is it related to the prove the absorption of active ingredients? Is it related to different distribution of the effective components in organs of the body? It is also urgent to find out.Therefore,firstly,according to the kinds,contents and proportion of amino acids in antler,bionic extraction results,combined with the requirements of human nutritional requirements of amino acids and bionic combination theory a kind of compound amino acid was formulate to combine with ginseng to evaluate its anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance function.Secondly,the effects of compound of amino acids and white ginseng were explored on absorption and metabolism of effective components by digestion and metabolism experiments,so as to provide theoretical basis for exploring the compatibility and mechanism of Chinese traditional herbal compound.Finally,the edible safety of compound amino acids and white ginseng was evaluated by the acute toxicity test,and the draft of quality standard for compound of amino acids and white ginseng powder was drew up according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the research and review of health food.The results of experiment were as follow.1.Compare with the antler and ginseng group and control group,compound of amino acids and white ginseng group can significantly prolong the mice loaded swimming time(P<0.05),decrease the consumption of liver glycogen and muscle glycogen of mice during exercise(P<0.05),reduce the accumulation of blood lactic acid and blood urea nitrogen(P<0.05),increase creatine kinase activity inhibition after high intensity exercise(P<0.05)and increase recovery speed of ATP after exercise(P<0.05).Compound amino acid could be used to replace antler ginseng,and compound of amino acids and white ginseng has better function of anti-fatigue.(P<0.05).2.Compare with deer antler,ginseng group and control group,compound amino acid suncured group and positive control group significantly prolonged hypoxia and sodium nitrite poisoning mice survival time(P<0.05),increased the content of hemoglobin(P<0.05),reduced the production and accumulation of MDA(P<0.05),increased antioxidant capacity(P<0.05).The compound of amino acids and white ginseng had better function of improve hypoxia tolerance.3.It was helpful to improve the absorption and utilization of amino acids in mice when this compound was taken.This compound was helpful to improve the non-essential amino acid level in mice heart amino acids and the non-essential amino acid and total amino acid level in mice liver amino acids.Compound of amino acids and white ginseng had effect on the aminogram of mouse organs.4.There was not death occurred in acute toxicity test when we used 100 times recommended dosage of the human body,and the skin,diet and defecation of the mice were normal after administration.The mice weight of each group all were growing,and there was no significant difference in weight growth in each group.After death,there were no abnormal changes in the main organs such as heart,liver,spleen and kidney.The compound amino acid ginseng was not toxic and side effect,and it was safe to eat.5.The best processing technology of compound amino acid sun dried ginseng products was: in aseptic environment,choose each raw material to pass 200 mesh sieve.According to the proportion of raw material 1:9,the samples were mixed accurately,the aluminum foil was sealed and packed.6.The quality standard draft of compound amino acids and white ginseng power was draw up by related experiments,Chinese Pharmacopoeia and Research and development and review of health products.The total content of ginsenosides Rg1 and Re in power should not be less than 0.15 mg/g,and ginsenosides Rb1 should not be less than 0.10 mg/g,the total cotent of 20 ginsenosides should not less than 0.48mg/g,and the total content of 18 amino acids was not less than 43.4 mg/g.
