Objective:To analyze the changes of lung function before and after treatment with tiotropium bromide powder inhalation in patients with stable bronchodilation(swelling)with pulmonary dysfunction,including FEV1/FVC%,FEV1% pre,small airway reflecting obstructive ventilatory dysfunction Functional FEF 25%,FEF 50%,FEF 75%,diffusion function DLCO,DLCO / VA,and 6-minute walk test(6WMT),and assessment of Borg dyspnea index score,analysis of tiotropium bromide powder inhalation for treatment of pulmonary dysfunction The stability of the period of expansion of the patient’s effect.Methods:The subjects of this study were 76 stable patients with pulmonary dysfunction who were followed up in our hospital from January 20 to December 2018.All patients were divided into experimental group and control group by 38 patients.In the final experimental group,32 people completed the experiment,and 30 people in the control group completed the experiment.The control group was given conventional treatments such as cough,expectoration and asthma.The experimental group added tiotropium bromide powder inhaler(Silihua,Boehringer Ingelheim,Germany,specification: 18 μg per capsule).1 capsule / time,qd,treatment for 12 weeks.The lung function of the two groups before and after the experiment was measured,including changes in FEV1/FVC%,FEV1% pre,small airway function FEF25%,FEF50%,FEF75%,and diffuse function DLCO,DLCO/VA,which reflected obstructive ventilatory dysfunction;The Borg dyspnea index was scored by 6MWT,and the Borg scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results: 1.The indicators of obstructive ventilatory disorder were FEV1/FVC% and FEV1% pre.The intra-group comparison showed no significant difference between the control group and the previous control group(P>0.05).The experimental group was higher than before,and the difference was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,the comparison between the groups showed that the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Small airway function FEF25%,FEF50%,FEF75%,intra-group comparison showed that the control group increased after treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the experimental group increased after treatment,the difference Statistical significance(P <0.05).After treatment,the comparison between the groups showed that the experimental group and the control group were increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Diffusion function DLCO,DLCO/VA,intra-group comparison showed that the control group increased after the experiment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the experimental group increased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the comparison between the groups showed that there was no significant increase in the experimental group compared with the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Borg score,intra-group comparison showed that the control group was higher than before,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the experimental group was lower than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the comparison between the groups showed that the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with stable bronchodilation with pulmonary dysfunction,tiotropium bromide powder inhalation combined with routine treatments such as cough,expectoration,and asthma can improve the patient’s lung function,including obstructive ventilation and small airway function,and can be significant Improve the patient’s symptoms of dyspnea and significantly improve the activity endurance.Changes to the diffusion function require further observation for a long time.
