Objective:By observing the changes of muscular tension, upper limb motor function and muscle strength before and after treatment, this subject understands the clinical efficacy of acupuncture on EX-UE9,LI4 and SI3 in the treatment of hand dysfunction in children with spastic cerebral palsy, reduces the pain of children. Methods:A randomized controlled trial was conducted to divide 60 patients with hand dysfunction of spastic cerebral palsy who met the diagnostic and inclusion criteria into control group and treatment group with SPSS according to the number of visiting time. Each group had 30 cases. The control group was given routine rehabilitation training once a day, while the treatment group was given routine rehabilitation treatment combined with acupuncture of EX-UE9,LI4 and SI3.After getting angry, the control group was given additional electric needle, and the needle was retained for 1 hour, once a day.The two groups were treated five times a week for a total of four weeks. The MAS score,FMA score and grip strength of the children were compared before and after treatment, and the curative effect of the two groups was judged by the method of nimodipine curative effect judgement.Through collecting and sorting out the data of the two groups, statistical analysis software SPSS 18.0 was used to process the data. Finally, according to the analysis of the results, the curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results:After the study,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group were completed. The statistical analysis results are as follows:1.There was no significant difference in the scores of muscle tension(MAS),upper limb motor function(FMA)and grip strength between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05).2.In terms of muscle tension, after treatment, the scores of muscle tension scale(MAS)in both groups were lower than those before treatment, with significant difference(P< 0.01).The decrease in treatment group was greater than that in control group, with significant difference(P< 0.01).3.After treatment, the scores of upper limb motor function(FMA)scale in the two groups were increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.01).The scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.01).4.The grip strength of the two groups improved significantly after treatment(P< 0.01),and the grip strength of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P< 0.01).5.In terms of clinical efficacy, after treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was 66.67%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.01),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Conventional rehabilitation combined with acupuncture is effective in the treatment of hand dysfunction in children with spastic cerebral palsy, and the curative effect is significantly better than that of conventional rehabilitation.2.Conventional rehabilitation combined with acupuncture for EX-UE9,LI4 and SI3 can reduce the muscle tension, improve the upper limb motor function, improve the grip strength and improve the quality of life of children, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
