Observation On The Curative Effect Of Pingchuan Decoction In Treating Acute Attack Of Bronchial Asthma (Asthma Of Cold Type)

Objective:Through clinical trials,this study evaluated the clinical efficacy and safety of Pingchuan Decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma?Asthma of cold type?,and provided a theoretical basis for seeking reasonable,effective and standardized treatment methods.Methods:Sixty subjects?Asthma of cold type?with acute bronchial asthma who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with30 cases each.The control group was treated with budesonide/formoterol inhalation?Symbicort?to relieve asthma symptoms,inhaled 2 times in the morning and 2 times in the evening,and gargled after each inhalation.Add 1-2 inhalation as needed,and inhale no more than 8 times a day.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine pingchuan decoction for 2 weeks.The total points of TCM syndromes,single item points of TCM syndromes,forced expiratory volume in the first second?FEV₁?,Peak expiratory?PEF?,Eosinophilic cells?EOS?,Immunoglobulin E?IgE?and Interleukin-6?IL-6?were observed.After the course of treatment,SPSS statistical software was used to evaluate the efficacy of TCM syndromes,and the indicators were statistically analyzed.Results:General data?gender,age,course of disease,degree of disease?,total score of TCM syndromes,single item score of TCM syndromes,lung function?FEV₁,PEF?,EOS,and IL-6 between the two groups before treatment showed no statistical difference?P>0.05?.1.Comparing the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups after treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 90.00%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.2.The improvement degree of TCM syndrome total score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with statistical difference?P<0.05?.3.The improvement degree of syndrome points of wheezing,coughing and expectoration in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with statistical difference?P<0.05?.There was no statistical difference in the improvement degree of syndrome points of chest tightness and pulmonary wheezing between the treatment group and the control group?P>0.05?.4.Lung function after treatment?FEV1,PEF?in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group?P<0.05?.5.IgE positive and negative results were compared between the two groups before treatment,and no significant decrease in IgE was observed in the two groups after treatment?P>0.05?,and there was no comparability between the two groups.6.The decreased EOS level in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group?P<0.05?.7.The decrease of IL-6 level in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group?P<0.05?.8.During the experiment,no significant abnormalities were found in vital signs,hematuria routine,liver and kidney functions,electrocardiogram and other safety indicators of the subjects in the two groups.Conclusion:Clinical trials have shown that Pingchuan Decoction combined with western medicine can improve the effective rate of western medicine in the treatment of acute bronchial asthma?Asthma of cold type?,but there is no significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups from the perspective of statistics.Pingchuan Decoction combined with western medicine group was superior to the western medicine group in the improvement of TCM syndrome total score and wheezing,cough and expectoration syndrome score,indicating that Pingchuan Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of asthma and has a definite effect.The improvement of lung function?FEV₁,PEF?,EOS and IL-6 in the combination of Pingchuan Decoction and western medicine group was better than that in the western medicine group,indicating that Pingchuan Decoction has an improvement effect on lung ventilation function,which is helpful to reduce airway inflammation and reduce asthma attack.There was no significant decrease in IgE level between the two groups.This study shows that Pingchuan Decoction is effective in the treatment of acute bronchial asthma?Asthma of cold type?with no obvious adverse reactions and good safety.It can be combined with western medicine to improve the efficacy of western medicine in the treatment of asthma and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
