Magan Zhike Pingchuan Decoction In The Treatment Of Cold Asthma Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the changes of TCM syndrome score,lung function and act score in the treatment of cold asthma with Magan Zhike Pingchuan decoction,and to explore the effectiveness and safety of Magan Zhike Pingchuan decoction.Method:Eighty patients who met the criteria were recruited from Heilongjiang Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences-Nangang Branch-Respiratory Department.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the treatment group were treated with shulitai,and the treatment group was treated with shulitai and magan anticough and antiasthma decoction.The two groups were treated with shulitai and magan anticough and antiasthma decoction for 14 days to observe the changes of lung function before and after the treatment and the score of TCM symptoms and the score of ACT Results:1.In terms of efficacy,the total effective rate of treating mild to moderate cold wheeze asthma with shuli stack combined with shigan antiasthma decoction was 90.63%,and that of treating mild to moderate cold wheeze asthma with shuli stack alone was 82.86%2.TCM symptoms:By observing the TCM syndrome integral of the treatment group and the control group,it was found that the effect of shulidi on cough,phlegm in throat,cold in shape and wheezing was significant.The comparison showed that shulidi and Magan Zhike Pingchuan decoction on this basis could reduce the TCM syndrome integral of cough,phlegm in throat,cold in shape and wheezing,but the effect of shulidi combined with Magan Zhike Pingchuan decoction was better than that of single The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)The main clinical symptoms of the two groups were phlegm,secondary symptoms of shortness of breath,wheezing,and chest tightness.Both the treatment group and the control group significantly reduced the TCM symptom score,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups.This shows that the use of Shu Lidie or on this basis plus Magan Zhike Pingchuan Decoction has no significant difference on the above four symptoms.3.Lung function:The FEV1% PRED and FEV1/FVC of the two groups before and after treatment had no statistical significance(P>0.05),which was comparable.The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Act: before treatment,the treatment group and the control group act score,P > 0.05,no statistical difference,with comparability;two groups of patients act score before and after treatment,the comparison between groups,P < 0.05,with statistical significance.The results showed that seretide and Magan Zhike Pingchuan decoction could improve the act score.The effect of seretide combined with Magan Zhike Pingchuan decoction was better than that of seretide alone.Conclusion:1.Magan Zhike Pingchuan decoction is effective in treating mild to moderate clinical symptoms of cold asthma.2.Magan Zhike Pingchuan decoction is effective in improving lung function.3.Magan Zhike Pingchuan decoction can effectively control asthma.
