| Objective This study was conducted to study the treatment of endometriosis patients with fertility requirements by Gn RH-a after laparoscopic surgery.The pregnancy status of the two groups of patients and the pregnancy at different time after surgery were analyzed.And this topic focuses on correlation between American Society for Reproductive Medicine(ASRM)staging,endometriosis fertility index(EFI)and postoperative 1-year pregnancy,comparing renal score,bone mineral density,and estradiol Relationship,clearing clinical effect of Bushen Recipe on promoting pregnancy in patients with endometriosis after Gn RH-a treatment.Method Patients who met the criteria in the gynaecological ward of the People’s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the Chinese medicine group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were injected with three shots of leuprolide.The Chinese medicine group took 3 courses of tonifying kidney and phlegm on the first day after each injection of leuprolide.The control group received no other treatment.If the symptoms of vasomotor syndrome were obvious in patients,Oryzanol was orally administered.The therapeutic effect was evaluated 28 days after the injection of the third needle.The renal scores,estradiol and bone mineral density of the two groups before and after treatment were collected.The pregnancy of the two groups was compared within one year after treatment,and the EFI score,ASRM staging,etc.of the patients were combined.Factors,and statistical software to statistically analyze the data,analysis and comparison of the two clinical therapies to promote the use of Gn RH-a in the treatment of endometriosis laparoscopic surgery.Results 1.There was significant difference in pregnancy rate between the control group and the Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in pregnancy rate between the two groups(P<0.05).2.One year pregnancy status of the two groups of patients was not related to age and stage(P>0.05);high EFI score increased pregnancy rate compared with low EFI score(OR=1.848,P=0.000,95% CI:1.350~2.529);Compared with the prescription,the pregnancy rate of taking Bushen Recipe was increased(OR=5.145,P=0.003,95% CI:1.716~15.427);3.The score of kidney in the Chinese medicine group was lower than that before treatment.The kidney score of the control group was higher than that before treatment.Compared with the control group,the difference of bone mineral density in the Chinese medicine group was lower(P< 0.05);There was no significant difference in estradiol levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion 1.Bushen Recipe can improve the pregnancy rate of patients with Gn RH-a after endometriosis,promote pregnancy in patients with low EFI score and promote early pregnancy.2.One year pregnancy status of the two groups of patients was not related to age and stage;compared with low EFI score,the pregnancy rate of high EFI score increased;compared with no tonifying kidney,the pregnancy rate of taking tonifying kidney was higher.3.The method of tonifying the kidney can improve the renal score of Gn RH-a patients after endometriosis,slow the loss of bone mass,and keep the level of estrogen. |
