| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of reinforcing kidney and eliminating blood stasis in preventing and treating bone loss caused by Gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist after laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis,and increase the tolerance of patients to GnRH-a,and improve its therapeutic effect,and reduce the occurrence of bone loss caused by GnRH-a after laparoscopic surgery in endometriosis.MethodSelection from January 2016 to August 2018,laparoscopic surgery in the gynaecology department of the Fujian Provincial People’s Hospital was confirmed as EMT,syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,application of GnRH-a treatment,and informed consent and voluntary participation in this book.The patients studied were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were injected with leuprolide acetate on the first day after menstrual cramps,one needle every 28 days for a total of three needles.The Chinese medicine group took the decoction on which has the effect of reinforcing kidney and eliminating blood stasis on the first day after each injection of leuprolide,and even took 21 days for a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses.The control group did not receive any other treatment.If the symptoms of hot flashes,sweating and other similar symptoms before and after menopause were obvious,oral administration of oryzanol was given once,once a day,3 times a day.The efficacy was evaluated 28 days after the third injection,and the changes of bone density,hemorheological state and kidney deficiency and blood stasis scores and grades were observed before and after treatment.Statistical software was used to statistically analyze the data,and the clinical efficacy of GnRH-a in patients with endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery was analyzed and compared.Results1.After treatment,the bone density of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bone density of the Chinese medicine group was higher than that of the control group after treatment(P< 0.05);The reduction of bone mineral density in the Chinese medicine group before and after treatment was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the whole blood low cut reduction viscosity and whole blood high cut reduction viscosity of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,the Chinese medicine group had low blood cut after treatment.The reduction viscosity and the high-cut reduction viscosity of whole blood were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the kidney deficiency and blood stasis scores and grades of the Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,the kidney deficiency and blood stasis scores and grades of the Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).However,the kidney deficiency scores and grades of the control group were significantly higher than those before the treatment(P<0.05),and the blood stasis scores and grades were relatively lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion1.The method of reinforcing kidney and eliminating blood stasis can reduce the bone loss caused by GnRH-a in the treatment of endometriosis.2.The method of reinforcing kidney and eliminating blood stasis can improve the hemorheological state of EMT patients.3.The method of reinforcing kidney and eliminating blood stasis can reduce the kidney deficiency and blood stasis scores and grades of GnRH-a after EMT laparoscopic surgery,and enhance the tolerance of GnRH-a in patients,and also improve the comprehensive therapeutic effect on EMT. |
