| ObjectiveUltrasound was used to measure the liver, spleen size and portal vein diameter of healthy children aged 3-12 years, and to establish the basic data of the normal reference range of liver, spleen size and portal vein diameter of healthy children.MethodsHealthy children aged 3-12 years were selected to measure the maximum oblique diameter of the right lobe, the left hepatic lobe thickness, the left and right hepatic lobe diameter, the portal vein diameter, the spleen long diameter and the spleen thick diameter by ultrasound standardization, and the growth parameters(sex, age, height, weight,BMI and waist circumference)were measured.Use the percentile method to statistically analyze the range of normal reference values; Two independent samples t-test were used to analyze the differences in liver, spleen size and portal vein diameter between children of different genders. The maximum slant diameter of the right lobe, the left hepatic lobe thickness, the left and right hepatic lobe diameter, the portal vein inner diameter and the spleen long diameter and thick diameter were independently correlated with the growth parameters(age, height, weight,BMI,waist circumference).Results1.The normal reference range of abdominal organs in children of different ages in this study: the maximum slant diameter of the right lobe of the liver, the diameter of the left hepatic lobe, the diameter of the portal vein, the long diameter of the spleen and the thicknessof the 3-5 years old children respectively(≤ 105.99 mm,≤ 50.86 mm,≤73.50 mm,≤6.47 mm,≤86.00 mm,≤28.50mm);the maximum slant diameter of the right lobe of the liver in children aged 5-7 years, the diameter of the left hepatic lobe and the diameter of the upper and lower diameter, the diameter of the portal vein, the spleen The long diameter and the thick diameter are(≤106.00 mm,≤51.70 mm,≤78.00 mm,≤7.09 mm,≤86.00 mm,≤ 29.00mm);the maximum slant diameter of the right lobe of the liver and the left lobe thickness of the liver in children aged 7-9 And the diameter of the upper and lower diameter, the diameter of the portal vein, the long diameter of the spleen and the thickness of the spleen are(≤113.62 mm,≤54.60 mm,≤79.66 mm,≤7.60 mm,≤89.47 mm,≤31.72mm);the right hepatic lobe is the largest in children aged 9-12 The slant diameter, the left hepatic lobe thickness and the superior and inferior diameter, the portal vein inner diameter, the spleen long diameter and the thick diameter are respectively(≤127.00 mm,≤64.50 mm,≤81.49 mm,≤7.80 mm,≤96.20 mm,≤32.20 mm).2.There was a difference between the sex and the right slant diameter of the right lobe, the left hepatic lobe thickness, the portal vein diameter, and the spleen long diameter, and were statistically significant(P=0.003,0.004,0.010,0.002).There was no effect on the spleen thickness(P= 0.325,0.245).3.Height,weight,age,waist circumference,BMI were correlated with liver, spleen size and portal vein diameter.Height, weight, age, waist circumference,BMI and maximum right slant diameter of the right lobe were moderately strong(r = 0.634,0.631).,0.600,0.519,0.410,P <0.001),moderately weakly correlated with the thickness of the left lobe of the liver(r = 0.388,0.424,0.335,0.386,0.316,P < 0.001);height,weight,age and liver The left and right diameters of the left lobe and the inner diameter of the portal vein were moderately weakly correlated(r = 0.381,0.328,0.369,0.375,0.392,0.367,P < 0.001).The waistcircumference and BMI and the left and right hepatic lobe diameters and the portal vein diameter were weak.Correlation(r = 0.232,0.152,0.296,0.243,P < 0.001);height,weight,age,waist circumference and spleen long diameter were moderately weakly correlated(r =0.375,0.418,0.387,0.352,P < 0.001),)BMI was weakly correlated with spleen long diameter;height, weight, age was moderately weakly correlated with spleen thickness(r =0.314,0.308,0.305,P < 0.001);waist circumference,BMI and spleen thickness were weak Correlation(r = 0.255,0.205,P <0.001).Conclusion1.This study counted the 95% reference range of liver, spleen size and portal vein diameter in normal children aged 3-12 years. If it exceeds this range,it should consider whether there is swelling of the liver, spleen and portal vein widening.2.Sex has an effect on the maximum slant diameter of the right lobe of the liver, the thickness of the left lobe of the liver, the diameter of the portal vein, and the long diameter of the spleen, and has nothing to do with the diameter of the left lobe of the liver and the diameter of the spleen;3.Age,height,weight,BMI and waist circumference were correlated with liver, spleen size and portal vein diameter.Height was the most significant factor for liver and spleen long diameter.Age was the main influencing factor of portal vein and spleen thickness. |
