Objectives: The expression of microRNA-182 and microRNA-152 gene in early stage endometrial cancer was observed and compared with normal endometrial tissue by analysis of early stage endometrial cancer with pathological diagnosis. To study the relationship between microRNA-182 and microRNA-152 and the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer,in order to provide new ideas and guidance for its early diagnosis and clinical treatment, and to achieve molecular targeted therapy for endometrial cancer. Methods: The surgically removed tumor tissue specimens of 40 patients with early stage endometrial cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to August 2018 were selected as observation group, and the normal endometrial tissue of 40 patients with uterine leiomyoma were selected as control group at the same time.Total hysterectomy was performed in the control group. The clinical data of all the patients were collected, and the samples were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.The expression of microRNA-182 and microRNA-152 genes in 40 normal endometrial tissues and 40 early endometrial cancer tissues were observed.Result: Real-time quantitative PCR showed that:(1)The relative expression levels of microRNA-182 in normal endometrial tissues and early endometrial cancer tissues were 0.7767±0.4072 and 1.5499 ±0.4808,respectively with S5 mRNA as the internal reference standard(P <0.05).(2)The relative expression levels of microRNA-152 in normal endometrial tissues and early endometrial cancer tissues were 0.9037±0.2304 and 0.5010±0.2363 respectively, with the S5 gene as the internal reference standard(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The expression of microRNA-182 is high in early endometrial cancer tissues, and the expression of microRNA-152 is low in early endometrial cancer tissues. The abnormal expression of microRNA-182 and microRNA-152 may be closely related to the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer.
