| ObjectiveTo analyze the factors affecting the recovery of general anesthesia after thyroid tumor patients,to explore the main factors affecting postoperative recovery, and to provide a reference for clinicians to improve postoperative recovery.MethodsDuring the period from January 2012 to June 2017,1000 patients with thyroid tumor resection under general anesthesia in the general surgery of Ningxia Medical University General Hospital,624 patients with impaired case data,45 patients with hyperthyroidism, and parathyroidism There were 16 patients with hyperthyroidism,34patients with severe cardiovascular disease,37 patients with previous thyroid surgery, and 244patients with thyroid tumor resection.A total of 20 general case data were collected from the study:gender, age, body mass index, length of surgery, length of anesthesia, surgical procedure, anesthesia, intubation, tumor size, mass of the tumor, day of hospitalization,24hours after surgery Whether to use vasoactive drugs, whether to use vasoactive drugs during surgery, whether to use analgesics after surgery, whether to use antiemetics after surgery, whether there is comorbidity before surgery, whether there is swallowing foreign body sensation before surgery, whether the masses oppress airway, surgery Whether there is difficulty breathing before, whether to give doxapram after surgery.Firstly, the incidence of recovery after general anesthesia in patients with thyroid tumors was statistically analyzed. The effects of postoperative recovery on the postoperative recovery were statistically analyzed in 20 cases of patients, and the main influences on postoperative recovery of thyroid were obtained.factor.Statistical methods:All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS21.0 statistical software. The measurement data of normal distribution is expressed as mean±standard deviation, the non-normal distribution measurement data and grade data are expressed by median±quartile;independent sample t test is used between the two groups;Expressed by the number of cases, the X~2 test was compared between groups.Multivariate logistic regression analysis explored the main possible influencing factors.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results1.The factors that affect the quality of thyroid tumor after general anesthesia are postoperative pain, nausea and vomiting, nerve injury, postoperative cough, hoarseness, and secondary bleeding.2.Six cases of 244 cases of thyroid tumor patients with general anesthesia after operation were analyzed in 20 statistical indicators. The incidence of postoperative pain was 22.95%.The length of operation, anesthesia duration and postoperative pain occurred. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of nausea and vomiting was 5.33%;gender,ASA classification, length of surgery, duration of anesthesia, and postoperative analgesics were associated with postoperative nausea and vomiting.Learning significance(P<0.05),gender,postoperative analgesics, surgery and anesthesia duration were the main influencing factors of nausea and vomiting;the incidence of nerve injury was 3.28%;the tumor was bilaterally and bilaterally related to the occurrence of nerve injury The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative cough was 1.64%;the nature of the tumor was related to the occurrence of postoperative cough, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of hoarseness was 1.23%;the length of operation and the length of anesthesia were related to the occurrence of hoarseness, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);secondary bleeding:244 cases of postoperative secondary bleeding occurred in 1 case, the incidence rate It is 0.41%.Conclusion1.The factors influencing the recovery quality of patients with thyroid tumor after general anesthesia include postoperative pain, nausea and vomiting, nerve injury, postoperative cough, hoarseness, and secondary bleeding.2.Postoperative pain was related to the duration of surgery and the length of anesthesia;the main influencing factors of postoperative nausea and vomiting were duration of surgery, length of anesthesia, sex, and postoperative analgesics;nerve injury was associated with single and bilateral masses;postoperative cough and tumor properties Related;hoarseness is related to the length of surgery and the length of anesthesia. |
