At present,in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)technology is becoming more and more mature. As the most important component of assisted reproductive technology,it solves the problems of many infertile couples. However, the implantation rate of embryos is still low, which is also an important factor affecting successful pregnancy. The two key factors affecting the implantation rate of embryos are the quality of the embryo and the endometrial receptivity, and the endometrial receptivity. The improvement is the key point to break through the current low embryo implantation rate. This is also a research hotspot at home and abroad, but there is no definitive conclusion for the biological indicators of endometrial receptivity. At present, domestic and foreign studies predict that endometrial receptivity is mainly concentrated in leukemia inhibitory factor(LIF),heparin-binding epidermal growth factor(HB-EGF),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),colony-stimulating factor(CSF),and granulocytes.Macrophage colony-stimulating factor(GM-CSF),mucin-1(MUC-1),interleukin-?(IL-?),integrin av?3,tumor necrosis factor(TGF)and other biological factors. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between LIF,HB-EGF,VEGF and MUC-1 secreted by endometrium before transplantation and the clinical pregnancy during the frozen embryo transfer cycle, and hope to determine that several biological factors can be used to predict the uterus. An important test factor for endometrial receptivity. Objective:To detect the expression of LIF,HB-EGF,VEGF and MUC-1 in endometrial secretion during the embryo transfer cycle of assisted reproductive, and to predict the value of clinical pregnancy. The difference in expression of LIF,HB-EGF,VEGF and MUC-1 in the two regimens of hormone replacement and its relationship with clinical pregnancy. Methods:A total of 78 patients with endometrial secreted biological factors were collected from the endemic freeze-thawed embryo transfer in Sichuan Provincial Academy ofMedical Sciences and Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital from May to December2018,through the uterine lavage fluid obtain.According to the different clinical pregnancy results, the pregnancy group and the non-pregnant group were divided into two groups. The expression of LIF,HB-EGF,VEGF and MUC-1 in the endometrium of the two groups was compared.According to the endometrial preparation during the start of the freeze-thaw embryo transfer cycle The different regimens were divided into the down-regulation group and the hormone replacement group. The expressions of LIF,VEGF,HB-EGF and MUC-1 secreted by the endometrium of the two groups were compared.According to the different clinical pregnancy results, the down-regulation group and hormones were compared. The replacement group was divided into the pregnancy group and the non-pregnant group, and the expression of uterine secretory biological factors in the pregnancy and non-pregnant women in the down-regulation group and the non-pregnancy group were compared. Results:The concentrations of LIF and VEGF secreted by the endometrium were different in the pregnant and non-pregnant groups. The concentration of LIF in the pregnant group was higher than that in the non-pregnant group(412.98±42.63pg/ml VS384.02±48.47pg/ml,P =0.008),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the concentration of VEGF was also higher in the pregnant group than in the non-pregnant group(37.13±3.93pg/ml VS 34.52±5.13pg/ml,P=0.015),and the difference also had Statistical significance(P <0.05),and there was no difference in the concentration of MUC-1 and HB-EGF secreted by the endometrium between the two groups. There was no difference in the concentration of LIF,VEGF,HB-EGF and MUC-1 secreted by the endometrium between the two groups on the start-up day using the down-regulation regimen and the hormone replacement regimen(P>0.05).There was no difference in the concentration of LIF,VEGF,HB-EGF and MUC-1 in the endometrium of the pregnant group(P>0.05).However,in the hormone replacement treatment group, the secretion of LIF,VEGF and HB-EGF in clinical and non-pregnancy endometrium were different(P<0.05),and there was no difference in the expression of MUC-1 between the two groups(P>0.05).At the same time, the clinical pregnancy rate of the hormonereplacement group was higher than that of the down regulation group(60.7% vs 77.3%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:During the embryonic planting window, the expression of LIF and VEGF secreted by the endometrium may affect the clinical pregnancy results. The increased expression levels of LIF and VEGF are beneficial to pregnancy and may be used to predict endometrial receptivity;HB-EGF may also have a certain correlation with endometrial receptivity, and MUC-1 secreted by endometrium has nothing to do with clinical pregnancy.
