Effects Of Gastrodia Uncaria Decoction Plus Or Minus Prescription On Hypertensive Patients Receiving Oral Aspirin

Objective: To observe the effects of gastrodia uncaria decoction plus or minus prescription on Total score of TCM clinical symptoms,blood pressure,routine blood test,coagulation function,hemorheology,clinical efficacy,Incidence of Bleeding Events in patients with the hypertension administered orally aspirin.To study the therapeutic effect of the prescription and explore the possible mechanism of it.Methods: Selected 70 inpatients with essential hypertension who met the inclusion criteria of this study were averagely divided into control group and study group randomly by Table of random Numbers according to the order of admission during the period from December 1,2017 to December 1,2018 in the department of cardiology,Qinghai provincial hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,35 cases in each group.The control group was western medicine group which treated with routine anti-hypertensive drugs and aspirin,the study group was the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group,which was treated with routine anti-hypertensive drugs,aspirin and gastrodia uncaria decoction plus or minus prescription.The course of treatment was 14 days,then the changes of Total score of TCM clinical symptoms,blood pressure,routine blood,coagulation function,hemorheo logy,clinical efficacy,Incidence of Bleeding Events were observed after treatment and the above indicators were analyzed statistically to investigate the effect of gastrodia uncaria decoction plus or minus prescription on the patients with hypertension administered orally aspirin.Results:(1)After treatment the total score of TCM symptoms,SBP and DBP in both groups were lower than that before treatment;PLT,Fib,PCV,whole blood viscosity(high,medium,low cut)and plasma viscosity were all decreased than that before treatment;both PT and TT were longer than that before treatment;WBC and RBC in the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group were higher than that before treatment,the difference of above indicators between two groups were statistically significant respectively.There were no significant differences in WBC and RBC before and after treatment in western medicine group.(2)After treatment,compared with the western medicine group,the TCM clinical syndrome total score,SBP,DBP,PLT,Fib,PCV,whole blood viscosity(high,medium,low cut),plasma viscosity,PT and TT were dramatically improved in the integrated Chinese and western medicine group with statistically significant differences.(3)The total clinical effective rate of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was 97.14%,higher than that of the western medicine group(80%),the difference was statistically significant.(4)The Incidence of Bleeding Events between the two groups showed no statistical difference.Conclusion:(1)Gastrodia uncaria decoction plus or minus prescription combined with aspirin can reduce blood pressure,alleviate clinical symptoms and improve the curative effect more effectively.(2)Gastrodia uncaria decoction plus or minus prescription combined with aspirin can improve the coagulation function and hemorheology of patients with essential hypertension better.(3)This prescription may affect the hematopoietic function of patients.
