Clinical Study On Treation Primary Hypertension With Gastrodia And Uncaria Decoction

Objective:To verify the effect of the method of nourishing liver and kidney,nourishing yin for suppressing hyperactive yang,clearing heat and promoting blood circulation that is to cure primary hypertension.Methods:We divided 60 patients into two groups randomly.Of which,30cases were set as treated group treated with Gastrodia and Uncaria cecoction(Gastrodia 10g, Gou Teng 15g, Abalone shell 20g, Huang Qin 10g, Shanzhizi 10g, Eucommia ulmoides 10g, Loranthaceae 10g, white peony root 20g, Cyathula 10g, Motherwort 10g, pearl 20g, night Kodo 10g, Salvia 10g),while the control group with Nitrendipine Tablets.The treatment course is four weeks.Results:The result showed that the method of nourishing liver and kidney,nourishing yin for suppressing hyperactive yang,clearing heat and promoting blood circulation can lower blood pressure and improve the mass symptoms obviously.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).As for Nitrendipine Tablets,the difference was not obvious (P>0.05)Conclusion:Gastrodia and Uncaria cecoction treatment of hypertension is effective and it can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms.
