Clinical Observation On Jlawei Gastrodia And Uncaria Decoction Treating Grade ? Of Hypertension Of Liver-tang Hyperactivity

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety index of Gastrodia and Uncaria Decoction plus granules in the treatment of hypertensive patients with liver-yang hyperactivity,and to provide a theoretical basis for further study of such diseases.According:Patients who met the criteria for effect on this study were randomized in a treatment group(30 patients)and a control group(30 patients).The treatment group took Gastrodia and Uncaria Decoction plus granules,and the control group took Songling Xuemaikang for comparative treatment.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.After the end of treatment,the efficacy evaluation was performed.The blood pressure,the mean daytime of ambulatory blood pressure,the mean nighttime of ambulatory blood pressure,the mean value of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure and the changes of TCM syndrome scores and the changes of safety indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:The two groups were effective in the improvement of blood pressure in the office.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).In the ambulatory blood pressure,the mean blood pressure during the day,the mean blood pressure at night,and the mean blood pressure at 24 hours,the treatment group was excellent.In the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05);both groups were effective in improving TCM syndromes,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group and the control group were safe before and after treatment.Sexual observations are in normal Within the fence.Conclusion:1.Gastrodia and Uncaria Decoction plus granules can significantly reduce the blood pressure of patients with grade I hypertension and improve TCM syndromes,especially in the symptoms of dizziness,insomnia,headache and other symptoms.2.The blood pressure of the office,the mean daily mean value of ambulatory blood pressure,the mean nighttime of dynamic blood pressure,the mean value of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure and the comprehensive comparison of clinical syndromes can be more effective in evaluating the efficacy of the drug.3.In clinical observation,Gastrodia and Uncaria Decoction and Songling Xuemaikang Capsules showed no obvious side effects and good safety.
