[Purpose] In order to realize the autonomy of user training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR),especially to meet the expanding training needs of the student group,this paper introduces virtual reality technology to carry out the demand analysis and system design of the virtual reality system for cardiopulmonary resuscitation training.[Methods] The main methods used in this paper include literature research method,field interview method,IDEF modeling method and management information system development method.Using literature research method to understand the problems of cardiopulmonary resuscitation training in China,learn from the experience of virtual reality and cardiopulmonary resuscitation training integration and system design and development at home and abroad,and review the literature to summarize the key points of cardiopulmonary resuscitation assessment index system,and provide theoretical basis for the system analysis and design.Use field survey interviews to understand the functional needs of students and teachers for training virtual reality systems for cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Through the literature research method,the training evaluation indicators and the standardized scoring rules are determined.The IDEF modeling method is used to analyze the requirements of the CPR training virtual reality system,overall design,functional design,performance design,database design and configuration design;the article structure is strictly in accordance with management.The process of the information system development method is systematically analyzed and system designed.[Results](1)Through literature research and field research,understand the application of virtual reality at home and abroad in CPR training and the various needs of users for the system;(2)systematically reengineer the original training process according to the needs analysis,and determine through new business processes.(3)According to certain system design goals and principles,complete the overall architecture design,database design and system configuration design of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation virtual reality system;(4)comprehensive system flow chart and functional requirements analysis results,detailed System function design and virtual reality system timing diagram.[Conclusions]?Compared with foreign countries,the popularity of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in China and its combination with virtual reality systems are low.The training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in colleges and universities and the combination of cardiopulmonary resuscitation training and virtual reality technology can effectively improve the efficiency of cardiopulmonary resuscitation training;?The functional design of CPR training virtual reality system is the functional design subsystem of identity,training,assessment and system management.It is necessary to realize data acquisition,data transmission,score calculation,error warning,result query,result output and other functions;? CPR training virtual reality system will realize independent immersive simulation training;?CPR training virtual reality system is a set of embedded The system uses the hardware and software in the virtual reality system for training assessment,and comprehensively considers the management of CPR virtual reality applications and system applications.
