Effect And Mechanism Of Anti-atherosclerosis On Compound Chinese Herbal Preparation

Atherosclerosis(AS)is the leading cause of coronary heart disease,cerebral infarction,and Peripheral vascular disease.Lipid metabolism disorder is the basis of atherosclerosis.In recent years,the disease has gradually increased,serious people will be life-threatening,clinical treatment to reduce blood lipids.Although Western medicine can slow down the course of the disease,adverse reactions such as liver damage and muscle soluness occur.Therefore,the development of effective Chinese herbal medicine is the main way to solve AS.The experiment established a model of animal hyperlipidemia atherosclerosis by feeding high fat diet.The compound Chinese medicine preparations with traditional Chinese medicines such as Astragalus,Sanqi,Chuanxiong and Dilong were used as research objects,and three doses of low(0.2 g/mL),medium(0.4 g/mL)and high(0.8 g/mL)were used.The rabbits of the AS model were orally administered by oral administration,and compared with the model control group,the blank control group,and the positive control group.After 6 weeks of administration,TC,TG,LDL-c,HDL-c,ApoA1,ApoB,T-aoc,MDA,SOD,CAT,GSH-px,NO,ET-1,AST,ALT and other indicators were tested.Compared with the model group,the anti-AS effect of the compound Chinese medicine preparation was investigated.The results are as follows:1.Compound Chinese medicine preparation has a good protective effect on vascular endothelial injury.The endometrial slices of each experimental group were smooth and the cells were arranged neatly.At the same time,the NO level increased in each dose group,including the middle dose group(P<0.01),the low dose group and the high dose group(P<0.05).The-1 level was decreased(P<0.01),and the effect was not significantly different from that of the positive group.2.Compound Chinese medicine preparation can maintain blood lipid homeostasis.The levels of TC,TG,LDL-c and AI and CRI were decreased in each dose group(P<0.01),while ApoA1 levels were increased in the middle and high dose groups(P<0.01).On the contrary,ApoB levels were decreased in each dose group(P<0.01).3.Compound Chinese medicine preparation has good anti-oxidation effect.The level of T-aoc was increased in the middle and high dose groups(P<0.05).The levels of SOD and GSH-px in each dose group were increased(P<0.01),while the levels of CAT were only increased in the middle dose group(P<0.01),MDA levels were reduced in each test group(P<0.01).4.Compound Chinese medicine preparation has good liver protection effect.There was no significant difference in ALT and AST levels between the dose groups(P>0.05).5.Compound Chinese medicine preparation has better anticoagulation and thrombolytic effects.In each dose group,PT,PF4 and TXB2 levels decreased(P<0.01),while t-PA and AT-III levels increased(P<0.01).In addition,in high dose group,in vitro coagulation quality and thrombolysis time decreased(P<0.01),and the clotting time was prolonged(P<0.01),and the quality of thrombolysis was also increased(P<0.01).
