| Objective:IN this experiment, the author observed the effect of Jiangzhi Granule on lipid-metabolism and aortic intimal atherosclerosis. Methods:forty white mice weere divided randomly into 4 groups, namedA, B, C and D groups, 10 in each group. Ordinary forage was only fed to groups A;foraage with cholesterol fed to group B;to the group C, forage with cholesterol plus 2ml/100mg jiangzhi granule was fed;aand to the groups D, forage with cholestered plus 2ml/15mgeveningrimrose Oil was fed. Biochemical parameters were measured and paathomorphlogocal examination were carried out 4 weeks later. Results: (1) jiangzhi granule obvuisly lowered the levels of serum. TC, TG, LDL-C, ApoB, ET,MDAand increased the levels of serum HDL-C, ApoAl, NO, SOD. (2) pathomorphological examination shored that jiangzhi granule could protect vascular endothelia cell (EC), inhibit srnoooth muscle cell (SMC) to proliferate and collagenous fibers to form, decreas aortic intimal atherosclerotic plaque aarea . Conclusion : jiangzhi Granule can decrease choloesterol, protect EC , removing liqid prexidation , inhibit exprimental hyperlipemia and atherogenesis . It is an ideal and effective medicine in prementing and treating hyperlipemia and atherosclerosis . |
