Chemical Constituents Of Gentiana Cephalantha Franch.ex Hemsl,Swertia Punicea Hemsl,Heracleum Yungninggense And Dendrobium Nobile Lindl

The dissertation describes the researches of chemical constituents for Gentiana cephalantha Franch.ex Hemsl,Swertia punicea Hemsl,Heracleum yungninggense and Dendrobium nobile Lindl.By means of chromatography and modern spectroscopic technologies.Twenty chemical compounds were isolated and identified from four medical plants,mainly containing phenanthrene,bibenzyl,coumarin,triterpene and aromatic ester constituents.The first chapter introduced the chemical compounds separated from Gentiana cephalantha Franch.ex Hemsl.Seven chemical compositions were isolated and identified from acetic ether extraction from tihs plant and all of them were isolated for the first time,including uvoal(1),3?-Urs-12-en-3-yl palmitate(2),?-amyrin palmitate(3),erythrodiol(4),?-stitosterol linoleate(5),cholestery 9,12-octadecadie-noate(6),gentiside B(7).Compounds 1 to 6 were triterpenoid,and 7 was aromatic ester.The second chapter describled the chemical compounds isolated from Swertia punicea Hemsl.Four constituens were seperated from this madical plant,comprising 3?,28-dihydroxy-olean-12-enylpalmitate(8),olean-12-en-3?,16?-diol-3-O-palmitate(9),gentiacauleine(10)and 2-(4-(3-Aminopropoxy)-phenyl)-5,7-dimethoxychromen-4-one(11).Compound 8 and 9 was isolatd for the first time.Chemical constituents 8 and 9 were triterpenoid,10 was xanthones and 11 was flavones.The third chapter describled the chemical compounds extracted from Heracleum yungningense.Three compounds were detached and identified from this plant,containning isopimpinellin(12),pimpinellin(13)and dibutyl phthalate(14).Compounds 13 and 14 were separated for the first time.Compounds 12 and 13 were linear furanocoumarin,and 14 was aromatic ester.The fourth chapter presented the chemical compounds obtained from Dendrobium nobile Lindl.Six compounds were extracted from this plant,which contained denbinobin B(15),ephemeranthoquinone(16),batatasin ?(17),dendronophenol B(18),coniferyl p-coumarate(19),3-((5-butyl-3-methyl-5,6-dihydr-o-2H-pyran-2-yl)methyl)-4-methoxy-4-oxobutyl benzoate(20).Compounds 15 and 16 were phenanthraquinone,17 and 18 were bibenzyl,and 19 with 20 were aromatic ester.The fifth chapter introduced the advances for the studies for the chemical constituents and bioactivities of Cremastra appendiculate.The chemical elements separated from Cremastra appendiculate chiefly contain phenanthrene,binenzyls,flavonoid,anthraquinones and aromatic compounds.Which have excellent physical and pharmacological activities in term of antitumor,bacteriostat,inflamatory skin disease and Alzheimer disease.
