Investigation Of Chemical Constituents From Prinsepia Utilis Royle

Prinsepia Utilis Royle which is a kind of traditional medicine with the act ivities of anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,sterilization and detoxification is the fruit of the total flowers of the genus Prinsepia in the Rosaecae family.There had been several focuses on the stems and leaves of Prinsepia Utilis Royle al 1 over the world so far.However,little attention was paid on the fruits of that.The compounds of Prinsepia Utilis Royle are mainly composed of unsaturated fatty acids,triterpenoids,alkaloids,lignins and flavonoids based on this study.Prinsepia Utilis Royle had been found that it has the pharmacological activities of antibacterial,antioxidation,antilipidic effect,strengthening immunity and ot her biological activities.In this work,the oil and fat compounds in the Prinsepia Utilis Royle wer e removed by pressing and petroleum ether soaking method.The active ingredi ents were extracted with 80%ethanol and ethyl acetate,successively.Then,eth yl acetate extracts were obtained.The monomeric compounds in Prinsepia Utili s Royle were obtained by the silica gel,reversed phase silica gel and Sephade x LH-2 column.Then,structures of those were identified by Mass Spectrometr y(MS),Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(1H-NMR,13C-NMR).There were 25 compounds isolated from the Prinsepia Utilis Royle,includi ng 9 of pentacyclic triterpenes(Ursolic acid,2-oxo-pomolic acid,5,8-epidioxy-22,24-ergosta-6,22-dien-3-ol,Euscaphic acid,1?,2?,3?,19?-tretrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid,2?-hydroxy ursolic acid,Lawsaritol A,Daucosterol and 3-O-?-L-a rabinopyranosyl pomolic acid),4 of flavonoids(Epicatechin,Eriodictyo,Kaem pferol and Quercetin),6 of organic acid lipid compounds(?-linolenic acid,1,3-tetradecocic acid glycetine two ester,Glycerol-monooleate,Z-9-octadecenamid e,Oleic acid and Margaric acid),1 of lignin compounds(Prinsepiol),1 of al kaloid compounds(Neoechinulin A),3 of aromatic compounds(Protocatechuri c acid,Ethyl-p-hydroxybenzoate,Vanillic acid)and one of other types(Methyl succinic acid).There are 4 of pentacyclic triterpenes,2 steroids,1 alkaloid,4 fatty acid 1 ipids,and 1 organic acid among the 25 compounds isolated from Prinsepia Uti lis Royle.Moreover,the above 12 compounds were firstly obtained from Prins epia.
