Objective:To explore the related factors of PCA neurological invasion detected by TRUS-guided prostate biopsy and its clinical value.Methods:225 cases of patients were selected who were diagnosed as prostate cancer by 12-needle system biopsy of the prostate by transrectal ultrasound guided at the Second Affiliated Ultrasound Medical Intervention Center of Kunming Medical University from September 2016 to November 2018.These patients were divided into neurological invasion group(76 cases)and non-neurological invasion group(149 cases)according to the pathological results of neurological invasion.Serum TPSA levels in these patients were stratified at 4-10 ng/ml,10-20 ng/ml,20-50 ng/ml,50-80 ng/ml,80-100 ng/ml,?100 ng/ml.The scores of the Gleason scores of these patients were stratified by 6 points,7 points,8 points,9 points, and 10 points. The clinical stages of these patients were stratified according to T1,T2,T3,and T4.In 151 of the 225 patients with PCA whole body bone scan, according to the grouping with bone metastases and bone metastasis. The data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS 24.0.The difference and correlation between age, prostate volume, different TPSA levels, different GS scores, different T stages, and presence or absence of bone metastasis were compared between the neurological and non-neurological groups.A two-class logistic regression model was used for PCA.The two-class Logistics regression model was used to analyze the related factors of PCA neurological invasion.Results:1.There were significant differences in serum TPSA levels(z=-4.617,P<0.001),GS(z=-4.134,P<0.001),T stage(z=-4.617,P<0.001),and bone metastasis(x2=4.444,P=0.035)between between PCA patients with neurological invasion and non-neurological invasion.2.TPSA[OR=1.336,95%CI(1.161-1.607),p<0.01],GS[OR=1.861,95%CI(1.387-2.497),p<0.01],T stage[OR=2.046,95%Cl(1.497-2.797),p<0.01],bone metastases[OR=2.081,95%Cl(1.048-4.135),p<0.01],were associated with PCA neurological invasion, and were risk factors for neurological invasion.3.There was no significant difference in age(t=0.230,P=0.815)and prostate volume(t=-0.350,P=0.729)between PCA patients with neurological invasion and non-neurological invasion.Conclusion:1.The neurological invasion of prostate cancer is related to T-PSA level,GS and T stage. The higher the T-PSA level,GS and T stage, the greater the possibility of PC A neurological invasion.2.When PCA has neurological invasion, the incidence of bone metastasis increases...
