Objectives:1.To deeply understand the clinical and histological characteristics of people who had more than one skin malignant tumors,to search disease characteristics,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis.2.Analyze the clinical and histopathological data of patients who had multiple skin malignant tumors to explore the characteristics of multiple skin malignant tumors.Method:Review data of outpatient and inpatient in dermatological department of our hospital in recent 11 years.29 cases was selected who had more than one skin malignant tumors were diagnosed with histopathology.register the year of the diagnosis,age,sex,work environment(outdoor/indoor),disease combination,locations of skin lesion,clinical features and histopathological features.using SPSS25.0 package to analysis data.Results:?Among the 29 patients,17 are males and 12 are females,with an average age of hospitalized(67.2± 12.8)years.?14 cases(48.3%)are multiple basal cell carcinomas.6 cases(20.7%)are multiple squamous cell carcinomas.there are 6 cases(20.7%)of multiple Bowen's diseases.there are 3 cases(10.3%)of basal cell carcinoma complicated with Bowen's disease.?20 cases(68.9%)are outdoor workers and 9 cases(31.1%)are indoor workers.?Multiple basal cell carcinomas:mean age of visit(67.2±12.9)years.7 males and 7 females.Among the 31 lesions of the 14 patients,30 lesions(96.8%)are at the exposed sites and 1 lesion(3.2%)is at the non-exposed site.Nodular ulcer(58.1%)are the most common clinical manifestation,and nodular basal cell carcinoma(54.8%)is the most common pathological type.?Multiple squamous cell carcinomas:mean age of visit(64.0±1 1.0)years.There are 4 males and 2 females.Among the 14 lesions of 6 patients,4 lesions(28.6%)are at the exposed sites and 10 lesions(71.4%)are at the non-exposed sites.nodules and ulcers(85.7%)are the most common clinical manifestations,and histopathological examination show 92.8%of the lesions are high differentiation?Multiple Bowen's diseases:mean age of seeking medical treatment(63.5±14.7)years.There are 4 males and 2 females.Among the 16 lesions in 6 patients,7 lesions(43.8%)are located at the exposed sites and 9 lesions(56.2%)are located at the non-exposed sites.red squamous plaques is mainly Clinical manifestations.Conclusions:?The number of patients have more than one skin malignancies is increasing year by year.Male patients are slightly more than female patients,and outdoor workers are more than indoor workers.?Multiple basal cell carcinomas is the most common type of the patients have more than one skin malignancies,followed by multiple squamous cell carcinomas and multiple Bowen's diseases.?Multiple basal cell carcinomas is more likely to occur at the exposure site than multiple squamous cell carcinomas and multiple Bowen's diseases.?The most common manifestation of multiple basal cell carcinomas is nodular ulcer,and the majority type of histopathology is nodular.The most common manifestation of Multiple squamous cell carcinomas are nodular eminence and ulceration,and the majority type of histopathology is high differentiation?Patients with several skin malignancies have a high rate of misdiagnosis,examination should be carried out carefully and histopathological examination should be carried out when necessary.
