Clinical Study On LiujunDanshengranuleson Treating The Stable Angina Pectoris Patients With The Type Of Qi Deficiency And Phlegm Stasis

Objective:In this study,we observed the effect of LiujunDanshen Granule on the TCMsyndrome,anginapectoris,bloodlipidlevel,hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and hemorheology of stable angina pectoris of Qi-deficiency and phlegm-stasis type.To observe the therapeutic effectofLiujunDanshen Granule on stable angina pectoris and its influence on inflammatory factors,etc.,to explore its mechanism.Method:Selected 100 patients which conform the criteria form Cardiovascular department of Guangdong second TCM hospital.They were divided into test group and control group,50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional medication(Asipirin?Betalocqd,Lipitor qn)while others in the test group were given LiujunDanshen Granule combined with the conventional therapy.Sublingual nitroglycerin 0.5 mg each time during angina attack.One month is a course of treatment.After 2 courses of treatment,the effects of TCM symptom,angina pectoris and blood lipid level,hypersensitive CRP and hemorheology were compared before and after treatment.Result:1.Analysis of curative effect of TCM syndromes:The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the test group was 93.8%,compared with 77.6%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Analysis of the therapeutic effect of anginapectoris;The total effective rate of angina pectoris in the test group was 95.8%,compared with 81.6%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Changes of blood lipid level,hypersensitive C-reactive protein and hemorheology in the two groups before and after treatment:After treatment,the TC,TG,LDL-C,hs-CRP,and hemorheology indexes of the two groups were decreased.The decrease of each index in the test group was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ALT,AST,Cr and bun(P>0.05).Conclusion:The research shows that the effect of the test group on stable angina pectoris of Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis type is better than the control group.LiujunDanshen Granule has significant curative effect on improving TCM symptoms and relieving angina pectoris.LiujunDanshen Granule can not only significantly improve the serum index of hs-CRP,blood lipid level and hemorheology,but also has good safety.To explore its clinical mechanismmay be related to the reduction of inflammatory response and improvement of hemorheology and lipid level.
