ObjectivesTo investigate the clinical effect and safety of add and subtractive Sanren Decoction in treat damp-heat emaciated viral myocardial injury in children.Methods60 children with damp-heat invasive viral myocardial injury admitted to the pediatric outpatient department and ward of Guangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases each.The control group was given basic western medicine treatment(vitamin C,coenzyme Q10,inosine).The observation group was treated with Sanren Decoction(6g Amygdalus Communis Vas,lOg Amomun kravak Pierre ex Gagnep,15g Semen Coicis,6g Magnolia officinalis,6g Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,15g talc,10g Fructus aurantii,10g Rhizoma Pinelliae Praeparatum,10g Poria cocos,6g pericarpium trichosanthis,5g Allium macrostemon bunge and 6g rsemen raphani)on the basis of western medicine treatment in the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 month.ResultsDisease efficacy:in the observation group,17 cases were cured clinically,7 cases were obviously effective,4 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 93.33%;in the control group,7 cases were cured clinically,7 cases were obviously effective,8 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 73.33%,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Symptom efficacy and score:in the observation group,18 cases were cured,9 cases were obviously effective,.3 cases were effective,0 cases were invalid,the effective rate was 100.00%;in the control group,9 cases were cured,7 cases were obviously effective,7 cases were effective,7 cases were invalid,the effective rate was 76.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score distribution of symptoms of fatigue,numbness,palpitations,preference for sighing,chest tightness,shortness of breath and abdominal distension in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in TCM symptom score between the two groups(P<0.05).Myocardial enzyme profile:after treatment,the myocardial enzyme profile(LDH,AST,CK,ck-mb,HBDH)showed that the indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Myocardial enzyme spectrum:there were no statistically significant differences in myocardial enzyme spectrum(LDH,AST,CK,ck-mb,HBDH)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,all indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The data of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Electrocardiogram:the normal cases of tachycardia and bradycardia in the observation group were more than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the data of premature beats,ST-T changes and conduction block between the two groups(P>0.05).CTnI,Mb and BNP levels:there was no significant difference in the cTnI,Mb and BNP levels between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).ConclusionCompare with conventional western medicine,Sanren Decoction can effectively improving the symptoms of myocardial injury in children with dampness and heat invasion,especially fatigue,numbness,palpitation,preference for sighing,chest tightness,shortness of breath and abdominal distension.At the same time,it can reducing myocardial enzyme level and protect cardiac function.
