Objective:To evaluate the safety of allogeneic adoptive immunotherapy in patients with AIDS in the very late stage, and to observe the changes of TCM syndrome types before and after follow-up,so as to provide the basis for the immunotherapy and TCM Intervention Treatment of AIDS.Methods:30 patients with advanced AIDS were divided into treatment group and control group.HAART was given to both groups. On this basis, allogeneic adoptive immunotherapy was given to the treatment group. The blood routine, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram and other safety indexes were observed in the two groups. The symptoms, tongue coating and pulse were collected before and after the follow-up by questionnaire, and the syndrome differentiation was carried out At the same time, all possible adverse events and adverse reactions of all subjects were monitored during the follow-up period, and finally statistical analysis was carried out.Results:(1)there was statistical difference in CR between the two groups(P=0.006),and there was no statistical difference in other indicators before the follow-up.There was statistical difference in Hb,PLT and CR at any two follow-up time points in the two groups(P=0.001,P=0.036,P=0.044,respectively).There was statistical difference in CR between the two groups(P=0.046),and Cr in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group;alt,ATL,bun and There was no significant difference in WBC between the two groups before and after the follow-up.The incidence of ECG abnormality in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group.(2)the incidence of adverse events was 21.05%in the treatment group and 78.95%in the control group. The incidence of adverse events in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, and improved after symptomatic treatment. There were 12 times and 20 times of mild adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group, respectively. There were no graft-versus-host disease and other serious adverse reactions related to cell infusion in the treatment group. There were no adverse events in the two groups The death rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.(3)before treatment, deficiency syndrome was the main type of TCM syndrome, followed by deficiency and excess syndrome, accounting for 84%and 16%respectively.After 12 weeks of follow-up,deficiency syndrome accounted for 53.8%and deficiency and excess syndrome accounted for 46.2%.Conclusion:The combination of allogeneic adoptive immunotherapy and HAART has potential in improving the clinical application of adverse reactions and is worthy of further study. Its immune reconstruction effect is significant, which can reduce the mortality and opportunistic infection of AIDS,improve the quality of life of patients, and has good safety in the short term.
