Clinical Observation Of Compound Danzhi Xiaoyao Granules And Mirtazapine Tablets In Treating Insomnia With Anxiety

Purpose To observe the clinical effect of Compound Danzhixiaoyao granules combined with mirtazapine tablets on patients with insomnia with anxiety.At the same time,an attempt was made to explore the mechanism of Compound Danzhixiaoyao granules combined with mirtazapine in the treatment of insomnia with anxiety,and to provide clinical data for further study of insomnia with anxiety.Methods Sixty selected patients with insomnia with anxiety were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group,and were treated with compound Danzhixiaoyao granules combined with mirtazapine and mirtazapine alone.The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks.Before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,the degree of anxiety was evaluated by Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),sleep degree was evaluated by SPIEGEL sleep scale,sleep quality was evaluated by pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and TCM syndrome was evaluated by TCM syndrome scale.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.At the same time,the TESS scale was measured during the treatment to monitor the adverse drug reactions before and after treatment.All data are analyzed and processed by SPSS 22.0 software.Results:(1)There were no significant differences in general information(gender,age,course of disease,HAMA score,PSQI score,SPIEGEL score,and TCM Syndrome Scale score)between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05),and they were comparable.(2)Comparison of HAMA,PSQI,SPIEGEL and TCM Syndrome Scale scores between the two groups after treatment:After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of HAMA,PSQI,SPIEGEL,and TCM syndromes in the two groups were all lower than before(P<0.05),and all scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of HAMA,PSQI,SPIEGEL andTCM Syndrome Scale in the group were still significantly decreased(P <0.05).The scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,which was statistically significant(P <0.05).Especially on the HAMA scale and TCM syndrome scale,the decrease in the value of the treatment component was more significant than that of the control group(P <0.05).(3)Comparison of clinical efficacy after treatment in the two groups: After 4 weeks of tr eatment,the effective rates of the two groups were 96.67% and 73.33%,respectively.C ompared with the two groups,the treatment group had obvious advantages,and the two had statistical differences(P <0.05).(4)there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups during and after the course of treatment(P> 0.05).Conclusion(1)Both the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment group and the simple western medicine control group have obvious effects after treatment of insomnia with anxiety state,both can improve patients' anxiety,improve sleep quality,reduce ins omnia and relieve clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine to varying degrees.(2)This study proposed that liver depression forming fire is an important pathogenesis o f insomnia with anxiety state,and a Chinese medicine treatment method for soothing the liver and draining fire and resolving stagnation for tranquilization was formulated and clarified.According to clinical data,the compound Danzhixiaoyao granules combined with mirtazapine in the treatment of insomnia with anxiety state has more advantages than the simple mirtazapine in the treatment of insomnia with anxiety state,especially in terms of improving the anxiety mood and clinical symptoms of TCM,and it is worthy of further promotion and clinical use.
