Based On Data Mining, Professor Wang Xingkuan's Drug Rule Research On The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Gastric Pain And Liver-stomach Discord

OBJECTIVE: To study Professor Wang Xingkuan’s medication experience and differentiation and treatment characteristics in the treatment of liver-stomach disharmony syndrome of stomachache by using the "Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform"(V2.5),so as to inherit his academic thinking and clinical experience,and to provide more ideas and theoretical references for clinical treatment of liver-stomach disharmony syndrome of stomachache.METHODS: Collecting the effective cases of epigastric pain patients treated by Professor Wang Xingkuan in the outpatient clinic of Guoyitang Medical College to establish a database,and the data were input into the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform"(V2.5).Using data mining methods such as frequency analysis,association rules and complex system entropy clustering to study Professor Wang Xingkuan’s prescriptions for epigastric pain patients with liver-stomach discord and to analyze the frequency of use of prescription drugs,association rules between drugs,prescription rules and so on,and to explore Professor Wang Xingkuan’s clinical experience and medication rules in the treatment of liver-stomach disharmony.Result: Through the analysis of all the prescriptions in 109 cases,medicines commonly used by Professor Wang Xingkuan for the treatment of gastric epigastralgia with disharmony between liver and stomach were lily,bupleurum,roasted licorice,Atractylodes macrocephala,Perilla leaves,Paeonia lactiflora,fried malt,fried grain sprouts,fructus aurantii,scutellariae etc.The main medicinal properties are warmth,cold and calmness.The main medicinal flavors are sweet,bitter and xin.Most of the medicines belong to the meridians of spleen,stomach,lung,liver and heart.Eighteen potential drug combinations and nine groups of candidate new drug teams were extracted by complex system entropy clustering method.CONCLUSION: Through the analysis and summary of the research results,Professor Wang Xingkuan’s treatment of gastric epigastralgia with liver-stomach disharmony syndrome is based on the principles of soothing the liver and stomach,Zuo Jin ping mu,and taking into account Qing xin ning shen,which embodies Professor Wang’s academic thought of "regulating multiple organs and comprehensive treatment".Its medicinal properties are peaceful,cold and temperature are combined,tonifying and reducing are applied simultaneously,and regulating multiple viscera at the same time,which embodies its drug-use characteristics of "keep balanced when treating Middle Jiao,or it won’t be cosy".
