| Objective:Through patients with insomnia constitution identification,preliminary su mmary of insomnia patients with constitution characteristics,to provide helpful guidance for clinical prescriptions.Methods:The constitution information(including appearance features and common symptoms)of 164 patients with insomnia were recorded by cross-sectional study method.After collecting information,Create Database with Excel Sheets.the distribution of insomnia was analyzed by using the frequency statistics and composition statistics.the use of SPSS22.0 Statistic Software using frequency analysis,composition ratio analysis,cluster analysis,factor analysis to study that the distribution of insomnia related physical categories and the types included in the category the appearance features,common symptoms and other information.Results: 1.In this study,the 164 patients of insomnia involved 87 female patients,77 male patients,Male to female ratio is 1: 1.13.The oldest is 79 years old,the youngest is 21 years old,the average age is 45 years old,mainly middle-aged people,accounting for 74.3%.2.The prescription involved 17 prescriptions,with Xiao Chaihu Decoction(31 cases)being the most common,followed by Chaihu-jia-longgu-Muli Decoction(28 cases),Wendan Decoction(21 cases),Cassia Twig and Dragon Bone Combination(15 cases),Banxia Houpu Decoction(14 cases)and Pinellia Xiexin Decoction(11 cases).The frequency of the other prescriptions was less than 10.3.Among the 164 cases,60 had a history of previous diseases,accounting for 36.59%,of which 20 were cerebrovascular diseases,15 were endocrine and metabolic diseases,21 were cardiovascular diseases,8 were respiratory diseases,3 were urinary diseases,5 were skin diseases.4.Through the use of systematic clustering analysis,physical identification factors with a frequency of >10% were extracted for clustering.The first category: easy to panic,pharyngitis,bright piercing eyes many complaints,weird fur,white complexion,a nxiety or depression,judged as Pinellia constitution.The second category: spontaneoussweatin,easily tired,prone to limb numbness,size mainly obesity,muscle soft,abdominal muscles soft,judged to be astragalus constitution.,judged to be astragalus constitution;The third category: bitter taste in mouth,dry mouth,pian of lateral thorax,sensitive to environmental changes such as cold and heat,Impatient,red complexion,constipati on,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,irritability,oppression in chest,judged to be Bupleurum constitution combined with rhubarb constitution.The Fourth categoryfear of cold,size to weight loss,anxiety or depression,palpitation,thready pulse.cassia twig constitution.The fifth category: sallow complexion,stringy pulse,size to weight loss,musc le tight,introvert,judged to be Bupleurum constitution.5.By using factor analysis,physical identification elements with a frequency of> 10% and ≤ 10% but with clinical identification significance are extracted for dimensionality reduction analysis.Extract 8 common factors and combine them.F1:Bupleurum constitution combined with rhubarb constitution,Chaihu-jia-longgu-muli Tang person;F2: Pinellia constitution,Wendan Tang Person;F3+F6:Astragalus constitution,HuangQi-GuiZhi-WuWu Tang person;F4+F7:Cassia twig constitution is Guizhi-jia-longgu-muli Tang;F8:Bupleurum constitution.Conclusion:1.Common "herbal drug person" physiques for patients with insomnia disorders include Bupleurum constitution,Pinellia constitution,Astragalus physique,and Cinnamon constitution.Bupleurum constitution constitution is the most common.2.In insomniacs,the common "formual person" in Pinellia constitution is Wendan Ta ng Person;The common "formual person" in Astragalus constitution is HuangQi-GuiZhi-W uWu Tang person;The common "formual person" in Cassia twig constitution is Guizhi-ji a-longgu-muli Tang person.3."herbal drug person" constitution is a combination of non-exclusion,The "formual person" constitution can be considered as a composite of different types of the "herbal drug person" constitutions. |
