Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression By Self-designed Yingqi Decoction In The Late Menstrual Period

Objective:with the rapid development of social economy,people’s pressure is doubled,followed by more and more and more gynecological diseases,western medicine in the trearment of this disease mainly use hormones to establish artificial cycle treatment.Chinese medicine use the unique method of syndrome differentiation to treat the increasing number of gynecological diseases,which is effective and safe.This study mainly observe the clinical effect of self-designed prescription of Yingqi decoction on the late menstrual period(syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression),the safety and effectiveness of the treatment,and to provide a new TCM treatment idea for the treatment of the late mendtrual period(syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression).Methods: this study was intended to observe 60 patients,all of whom were admitted to the gynecological clinic or treatment area of affiliated hodpital of Changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine and were in line with the syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression in the late menstrual period.The treatment group and the control group were randomly divided into 30 cases in each group according to the order of visit,in order to prevent the cases from falling off,72 cases were actually included.among which 36 cases in the treatment group were given self-defighed prescription yingshi decoction and 36 cases in the control group were givern compound wuji capsule.During the treatment group and 32 patients in the control group were actually included.In the treatment group,1dose was taken every day,300 ml,21days,which was a course of treatment with 3 courses of treatment.The control group began to take it after menstruation was clean,2 times a day,4 pill each time,with warm water,even 21 days for a course of treatment,even 3courses of treatment.The two groups of patients should pay attention to contraception and not take other drugs.The observation was compared with SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software.Results: after 3 courses of treatment,through clinical observation,34 cases in the t reatment group were cured,9 cases,accounting for 26.47%,13 cases,accounting for 38.23%,7cases,accounting for 20.59%,5cases,accounting for 14.7%,the total effective rate was 85.29%.In the control group,3 cases were cured,accounting for 9.37%;9 cases showe d obvious effect,accounting for 28.13%;14 cases were effective,accounting for 43.75%;6cases were ineffective,accounting for 13.75%;the total effective rate was 81.25%.After spss17.0 statistical analysis,the total effective rate was significantly different between t he two groups(p<0.05),The effective rate treatment group was higher than that of th e control group.The comparison of scores of patients in the two groups before and aft er treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the total scores of patie nts in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Treatment group and control group were shorten with approved by cycle,improve the quantity,the color and reduce the accompanying symptoms(p<0.05),in the menstrual cycle by color,breast ten derness,dizziness tinnitus,bosom frowsty,not comfortable,complexion dark two groups of patients in treament group after treatment to improve the situation is evenbetter than the control group(p<0.05),lumbar acid in knee soft,loss of libido similar symptoms imp rovement on two groups of patients(p<0.05).Conclusion: through the comparison of scores before and after treatment,the self-designed prescription of yingqi decoction has a good clinic aleffect in the treatment of kidney deficiency and liver depression in the late menstrual period,and no adverse effects,safety and efficacy,and is easy to be accepted by patients.
