Study On Mechanism Of Literature Study On Risk Factors Of Allergic Rhinitis In Children And Logistic Regression Analysis Of Clinical Related Factors

Objective:To study the risk factors of allergic rhinitis published from 1998 to 2018,to investigate the risk factors of allergic rhinitis in children,to collect and analyze the clinical literature in Changchun,and to determine the risk factors and protective factors of allergic rhinitis in children,so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis in Changchun.Methods:Firstly,the Chinese biomedical literature network database was used to search for the keywords "allergic rhinitis","allergic rhinitis","risk","high risk" and "son".Secondly,Using China knowledge Network,VIP database and Wanfang database,we collected 572 papers on risk factors of children's allergic rhinitis published in domestic medicine from 1998 to 2018,and screened them according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Thirdly,we used NoteExpress to input all abstracts and titles,and the remaining 69 unqualified and repeated literatures were excluded.Fourly,69 literatures were summarized,summarized and combined to develop a questionnaire on the risk factors of allergic rhinitis in children.Fifth.,included in the study: children who were treated in the affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine from 2018 to 2020.Experimental group: 246 children with allergic rhinitis,control group: 137 children with normal physical examination,17 children with incomplete information and 17 children who did not meet the inclusion criteria.Sixth,to establish a database of the case information that meets the inclusion criteria;Seventh,to use the SPSS22.0 database,the chi-square test was used for the measurement data,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant.Multivariate regression analysis was used to analyze the related factors of chi-square test.Binary Logistic regression analysis was used to determine the risk and protective factors of allergic rhinitis in children.,B(regression coefficient)and OR(odds ratio)were used to determine the risk and protective factors of allergic rhinitis in children.Results: 1.In the literature research,69 articles were selected,40 articles were from Peking University core journals and science and technology core journals,22 national journals,1 national conference,6 master's papers.The top 10 risk factors were family history of AR,food allergy,pollen allergy,bronchial asthma,dust mites,eczema,urticaria,domestic pets,breastfeeding within 6 months of birth and house decoration within 2 years.2.Passive secondhand smoke,history of pollen allergy,bronchial asthma,history of food allergy,cesarean section,air pollution PM2.5,parents with family history of allergic rhinitis,B(regression coefficient)> and(OR)> 1,so it is considered that these 7 factors are the risk factors of allergic rhinitis in children,and the 6-month history of breastfeeding is B < 0 and OR < 1,which is the protective factor of allergic rhinitis in children.Conclusion: 1.Literature studies showed that family history of allergic rhinitis,food allergy,pollen allergy,bronchial asthma,dust mite,eczema,urticaria,domestic pets and 6-month breast-feeding history were common risk factors for children.other factors with a lower frequency were house decoration within 2 years,cesarean section,passive secondhand smoke and other 22 factors.2.The risk factors of allergic rhinitis in Changchun were passive secondhand smoke,history of pollen allergy,bronchial asthma,history of food allergy,cesarean section,family history of PM2.5,parents with air pollution,and protective factor was breastfeeding history of 6 months after birth.
