Clinical Observation Of Chinese Medicine Cycle-regulating Therapy Combined With Estrogen-progesterone On Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Intrauterine Adhesion After Surgery

Objective:Through this topic research,to observe and comprehensively analyze the effects of Chinese medicine cycle-regulating therapy combined with estrogen-progesterone on treating kidney deficiency and blood stasis IUA after surgery.The purpose of this study is to provide an effective treatment for IUA with Chinese and western medicine.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the observation group and control group randomly,30 cases in each group.Patients in observation group were treated with Chinese medicine cycle-regulating therapy combined with estrogen and progesterone,while patients in control group were treated with estrogen and progesterone only.the improvement of menstruation,accompanying TCM syndromes,and the endometrium thickness were compared before and after treatment,the hysteroscopy was used to observe the condition of uterine cavity and calculate the IUA score after three consecutive menstrual cycles.Results:1.The overall medical effect:The total effective rate of the observation group was86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the curative effect of observation group was better than the control group.2.The general condition of TCM syndrome:The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the curative effect of observation group was better than the control group.Comparison of the total score of TCM syndrome:Intra-group comparison before and after treatment and comparison after treatment between the two groups,the differences were both statistically significant(P<0.05),the curative effect of observation group was better than the control group.3.The improvement of menstruation:The total effective rate of the observation group was86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the curative effect of observation group was better than the control group.4.The improvement of concomitant TCM syndrome:The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was60.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the curative effect of observation group was better than the control group.5.IUA score:Intra-group comparison before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),two therapies both can reduce IUA score statistically,comparison between the two groups after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the curative effect of the two groups was no significant difference.6.Endometrium thickness:Intra-group comparison before and after treatment and comparison after treatment between the two groups,the differences were both statistically significant(P<0.05),the curative effect of observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The joint treatment for patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis IUA after surgery by Chinese medicine cycle-regulating therapy and estrogen-progesterone was effective,it could improve the menstruation and concomitant TCM syndrome,and the endometrium thickness,improve the condition of uterine cavity,reduce the IUA score.
