Clinical Study Of Yiqi Huatan Tongmai Decoction On Angina Pectoris After PCI(Qi Deficiency And Phlegm Stasis Type)

Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of yiqi huayan tongmai prescription in the treatment of angina pectoris after PCI(qi deficiency and phlegm stasis type),and to summarize the experience of clinical medication,guide clinical practice and enrich medical evidence.Methods: 72 patients with angina pectoris of qi deficiency and phlegm Stasis type after PCI from the Department of Geriatrics in Yunnan provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Control group with oral conventional western medicine,the experimental group with routine western medicine and Chinese medicine Yiqi Huatan Tongmai formula,with 12 days as a course of treatment.After the course of treatment,the changes of clinical symptoms,Chinese medicine symptom curative effect,Seattle angina questionnaire score,nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate,hs-CRP,blood lipids,and various safety indexes were observed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the drug scientifically.Results:1.The vomiting sputum was improved in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of other single syndromes and total syndromes of TCM in both groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01);In terms of improving chest tightness,palpitation,limb fatigue and sputum,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01);In terms of improving chest pain,shortness of breath and mental fatigue,the control group was less effective than the treatment group(P<0.05).2.The curative effect of TCM syndromes was 90.60% in the treatment group and 63.60%in the control group,and the treatment group had more advantageous(P<0.01).3.The amount of nitroglycerin used in the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.01),and the effect was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05).4.The stopping rate of nitroglycerin,the effective rates was 87.50% in the treatment group and 75.80% in the control group,and the treatment group had more advantageous(P<0.01).5.After treatment,the quality of life and the state of body function of the patients in both groups were improved(P<0.01);In terms of improving the stable state of angina pectoris,the frequency of angina pectoris attacks and treatment satisfaction,the effect of the treatment group was significantly better(P<0.01);In terms of improving the degree of physical activity restriction and disease awareness,compare with the control group,the curative effect of the treatment group was better(P<0.05).6.After treatment,the inflammatory status and blood lipid level of both groups were improved(P<0.01);In terms of improving hs-CRP,TC,TG and LDL-C,the efficacy of the control group was not as good as that of the treatment group(P<0.05);in the improvement of HDL-C,the two groups were equally effective(P>0.05).7.There was no significant change in the safety indexes before and after treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: the use of Yiqi Huatan Tongmai formula can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the use of nitroglycerin,improve the quality of life and body function,and improve the level of hs-CRP and blood lipid of the patients of angina pectoris after PCI(qi deficiency and phlegm stasis type),and it is safe and feasible without obvious adverse reactions,which can be widely used in clinical application.
