ObjectiveBy observing the clinical effect of acupuncture method of "balancing Qi mechanism by coordinating the pulse condition of San Bu Liang Lu Yi Ti" in the convalescent stage of cerebral infarction and the changes of NIHSS score,BI score and TCM syndrome score, and comparing with routine acupuncture, the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture method of "Balancing Qi mechanism by Coordinating the Pulse condition of San Bu Liang Lu Yi Ti" in the convalescent stage of cerebral infarction were analyzed. To provide clinical basis for "balancing Qi mechanism by coordinating the pulse condition of San Bu Liang Lu Yi Ti" in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Method72 patients with cerebral infarction in convalescent stage were randomly divided into observation group and control group,36 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with acupuncture on the basis of basic Western medicine. The observation group was treated with acupuncture method of "balancing Qi mechanism by coordinating the pulse condition of San Bu Liang Lu Yi Ti" and the control group with routine acupuncture. Two months of clinical trials were conducted.NIHSS score,BI score and TCM syndrome score were used as the observation indexes. Before the treatment, the scores of the two groups were assessed,NIHSS scores and TCM syndrome scores were assessed one month after the treatment and two months after the treatment, and the proportion and clinical efficacyof patients with BI scores ?75 and ?95 were assessed two months after the treatment. Before and 2 months after admission, the patients were examined respectively, including three routine tests, liver, kidney function and electrocardiogram,to evaluate their safety.Result(1)There was no significant difference in age, gender, course of disease,NIHSS score,TCM syndrome score and BI score between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)After treatment,NIHSS score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P < 0.05);(3)After one month of treatment, there was no significant difference in NIHSS score and TCM syndrome score between the observation group and the control group(P > 0.05);after two months of treatment, the NIHSS score and TCM syndrome score were significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05);after two months of treatment, there was significant difference in the proportion of patients with BI score ? 75 between the observation group and the control group(P < 0.05);BI score There was no significant difference in the proportion of patients with score?95(P > 0.05);(4)After 2 months of treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 91.2%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.7%)(P< 0.05).Conclusion(1)Acupuncture method of "balancing Qi mechanism by coordinating the pulse condition of San Bu Liang Lu Yi Ti" has a good clinical effect in the convalescent stage of cerebral infarction;(2)The total clinical effective rate of acupuncture method of "balancing Qi mechanism by coordinating the pulse condition of San Bu Liang Lu Yi Ti" in the convalescent stage of cerebral infarction was significantly higher than that of conventional acupuncture;(3)Acupuncture method of "balancing Qi mechanism by coordinating the pulse condition of San Bu Liang Lu Yi Ti" is better than routine acupuncture in improving neurological deficit,TCM syndrome and activity of daily life in patients with cerebral infarction in convalescent stage, which is worth clinical reference.
